We initially hesitated to visit Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar because it's located at the Golden Nugget. However, we're glad we decided to give it a try. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant as well. The chips and salsa were exceptional, and the wings were full of flavor. We shared the chicken and steak combo fajitas, which was a great choice. With the chips, salsa, and wings, two fajitas each were just the right amount, leaving us satisfied without feeling overstuffed. I recommend dining here, but consider other accommodations, as the Golden Nugget can be pricey and the rooms have a hostel-like feel.

The queso at Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar in Las Vegas is absolutely fantastic! The salsa and guacamole are delicious as well. This spot is a must-visit whenever staying on Fremont Street.

Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar in Las Vegas is a lively place, similar to a sports bar with plenty of screens to catch the game. The beef burrito was delicious and the margaritas were also quite enjoyable.

I prefer the vibe of old Vegas compared to the new strip, and Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar has great pricing compared to other restaurants in the area. The chips and dip trio (salsa, guacamole, queso) were delicious, and we enjoyed a pitcher of margaritas, although they were on the sweeter side. The tacos were also tasty. The service was quick and attentive, and the atmosphere was quieter than other casino restaurants, making it a nice spot to relax and watch a game.

The restaurant is spacious and well-maintained, located behind the hotel's swimming pool. The Mexican brunch meal we had was a classic dish commonly found in the United States. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience and plan to return in the future.
