Our dining experience at Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar was outstanding! The server was absolutely fantastic, showing impressive knowledge about the menu selections and ensuring our group of six received exceptional attention throughout the evening. I indulged in the beef rib dish, which was truly top-notch. Although the music was slightly louder than we preferred, it complemented the vibrant atmosphere beautifully. Overall, we had a delightful evening and relished every part of our meal.

We shared the chicken and steak combo fajitas, which was a great choice. With the chips, salsa, and wings, two fajitas each were just the right amount, leaving us satisfied without feeling overstuffed. I recommend dining here, but consider other accommodations, as the Golden Nugget can be pricey and the rooms have a hostel-like feel.

The queso at Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar in Las Vegas is absolutely fantastic! The salsa and guacamole are delicious as well. This spot is a must-visit whenever staying on Fremont Street.

Cadillac Mexican Cantina & Tequila Bar in Las Vegas is a lively place, similar to a sports bar with plenty of screens to catch the game. The beef burrito was delicious and the margaritas were also quite enjoyable.
