We enjoyed the food so much that we dined there on two separate occasions, ordering identical dishes each time. The pork chops were my partner's choice, while I opted for the ribs and chicken, all perfectly complemented by a margarita. Our initial visit had a slight delay in service, but the following day went smoothly as we sat nearer to the bar. Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky. The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. There are numerous non-steak options available, and the prices are fair. Highly recommend trying it out.

Saltgrass Steak House, located inside the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas, offers great value for steak enthusiasts. Our server, Mo, provided excellent service. We ordered the 8 oz sirloin, mac n cheese, and potato, and everything tasted delightful. There's also a cozy section with a partial view of the Golden Nugget's fish tank.

The food at Saltgrass Steak House was good overall. The chicken fried steak was served hot and crunchy, with the steak itself being tender. The loaded baked potato was fluffy, but could have used a bit more cheese. Unfortunately, the broccoli with cheese was a bit of a letdown—it was runny and overly soupy due to the combination of original butter and added cheese sauce. It was edible but messy. The house salad was average. Although it took a while for our server to come out, they were friendly and welcoming. The asparagus was lukewarm when it arrived at the table, but we chose not to complain. The double cut pork chop was excellent—juicy, tender, and very delicious. We sat in the extra seating area in front of the pool, which offered a different and open view. The location was nice and conveniently close to the restrooms and slot machines. The meal was on the pricier side, reflecting the Las Vegas ambiance. Our total came to $75, and we only had water to drink.

I recently visited Saltgrass Steak House in Las Vegas and sat at the bar. The service was adequate, although I wasn't given silverware right away and felt the service was a bit laid back and inattentive. However, the steak salad I ordered was excellent. It was generously portioned and the steak was cooked perfectly to a medium temperature. I also tried the Bloody Mary, which was both visually appealing and tasty.
