Items are priced very high for a thrift store. They put out items but then they’re “ not for sale” . They follow you around the entire time, it gives me anxiety. I asked a nosey question asking about how they price their items, and I was told they look them up to see the value. The problem with pricing items with what they are “valued” online is it could be overpriced, or inaccurate to the actual customer’s perceived value. They also told me that they have good sales, so then I made a comment that they price items to go on sale - which the worker disagreed with and said that wasn’t the case, but it clearly is. They rely on their sales to be “affordable” but without a sale, items are priced as if they’re being sold online from a prestigious store. Some items are so dingy yet priced so high, it’s just a fluctuation of cheap and overpriced. Don’t get me wrong, this place gets some good donations, I have found some really good pieces here, reluctantly overspending on a rare item, and I understand that the proceeds go to the school and church, however that’s kind of what makes it worse in the pricing. Especially if items are being donated it is unsettling to see a coat for $200 in here. 😭 Also witnessed one of the associates very rudely greet two young customers by saying “you guys need to leave your backpacks in the front” - as they’re wearing designer bags I can see why they walked out. I have never been told to leave my bag in the front, I know they’re scared of theft but it just comes off prejudice.

This located in a strip mall. Store is on the smaller size. They really tried to pack in the merchandise. Things are priced high but they offer a discount? Selection is not the best. With a quick browse your in and out. You can cover the place in a few minutes.
