Visit SiteLas Vegas offers many must-see attractions, and The Mob Museum is undoubtedly one of them. With countless awards, millions of happy visitors, and an experience unlike anything else in the world, The Mob Museum is sure to delight all who visit.
Visitors of The Mob Museum are offered a unique and immersive look at the effect of organized crime on Las Vegas and the rest of the United States. Delve into the personalities, stories, and events that created a public fascination with the underground life and witness the heroic efforts from law enforcement that finally brought them down. Through a collection of interactive exhibits and historic artifacts, The Mob Museum brings this historic period to life in ways you never thought possible.
Starting in the basement, visitors will find an exhibit about the road to prohibition, the movement which so greatly impacted to the rise of organized crime in the United States. The basement also contains an accurately modeled distillery, similar to the ones where illegal spirits were brewed, and a speakeasy, ground zero for every mob during the era. The first floor chronicles America’s first steps in fighting back. Here you will find a crime lab, as well as a firearm training facility. You’ll also get a peek at organized crime as it exists today, with a look at the rise of the dangerous drug cartels. The second floor provides a detailed view of Las Vegas' role in organized crime. You’ll see a recreation of a “skim room”, where mobsters funnelled legitimate profits into their illegal coffers, and how Sin City finally went straight.

The Mob Museum in Las Vegas offers a great experience for learning about the history of the mob. With three floors of exhibits, there is so much to see and learn. The admission price is well worth it. I wish I had more time to visit their speakeasy in the lower level, but after spending over 2 hours exploring the exhibits, I ran out of time before dinner reservations. I highly recommend this museum.

I highly recommend visiting The Mob Museum in Las Vegas! It's a great way to escape the heat for a few hours. The museum spans 3 floors and a basement, and the presentations and memorabilia are put together in a superb manner. It's one of the best exhibits/museums I've ever visited. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and there are elevators and multiple bathrooms available. We also opted for the crime lab and distillery package, which was a great addition to our visit. And don't forget to check out the very cool speakeasy in the basement for a delicious beverage or snack.

The Mob Museum in Las Vegas was a fantastic experience. It provided a respite from the hot weather, offered refreshments for purchase, and had plenty of seating throughout the exhibits. I liked the layout of the museum, starting from the top floor and working my way down, which helped to avoid crowded areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering to take a photo for us in front of the courtroom exhibit. The museum is filled with interesting and well-done displays, making for an enjoyable visit. We purchased tickets on arrival and had no trouble entering on a Friday afternoon in May.

I recently visited The Mob Museum with some family members and we had a great time. We decided to check out the speakeasy, which is located on the side of the museum down some stairs. The entrance has a door with a buzzer and a slide window, and you'll need to know the password to get in (ask the guard at the front of the museum or check their website for the daily password). The speakeasy offers a variety of drinks to choose from, and they have a unique way of serving them. We tried some pretzels, and while I wasn't a fan of the nacho cheese, the mustard was good. The drink glasses were nicely garnished with fresh herbs and other items, making for a unique experience. The prices at the speakeasy were what I would expect for a bar in the basement of a museum - not cheap, but not outrageously high like on the strip. The room is decorated with old memorabilia and there is a phone booth that Al Capone himself once used, adding to the ambiance. Overall, I would recommend checking out the speakeasy at The Mob Museum for a drink, a snack, and a memorable experience. It's a great place to get a unique souvenir and enjoy some time with friends or family.

Visiting The Mob Museum in Las Vegas was a truly fascinating experience. The museum offers a wealth of information on the history of the mob and its impact on Vegas, allowing visitors to explore at their own pace. Plan to spend 1-3 hours to fully appreciate all the artifacts, short clips, and audio recordings on display. For an enhanced experience, consider getting the premier passes which include two interactive experiences. We opted for the crime lab and distillery tour. The crime lab delves into bullet analysis, fingerprints, and forensic crime analysis, while the distillery tour educates on the process of making spirits. Visitors can even sample products made on-site and purchase bottles if desired. After the tour, we enjoyed a stop at The Underground speakeasy for some unique drinks. I recommend trying the Bathtub Fizz and The Underground Old Fashioned, both hidden in some cleverly disguised reading material. To make the most of your visit, be sure to purchase tickets in advance. Additionally, there is a $10 discount for visits between 9-11 am or after 5 pm. Overall, a visit to The Mob Museum is a worthwhile and memorable experience for those with an interest in Vegas history and the mob.

The Mob Museum in Las Vegas is a fantastic experience that is definitely worth a visit. The museum is filled with great displays and offers a rich history of organized crime. We spent around three hours exploring the museum, but could have easily spent more time there. There are numerous videos scattered throughout the museum that enhance the overall experience. One of the highlights was listening to a former organized crime member share his story, including wearing a wire against his own father. We are already planning to return to explore the museum further, attend some events, and visit the distillery. We found parking in their paid lot right next to the museum, which was convenient.
