Service was incredible. Great atmosphere for date night or friend gathering. Food was incredibly delicious, creative, always came out fresh, and served with care to our table. We could tell the cooks take pride in each plate going out. I enjoyed all the food and the cocktails were strong, unique and tasteful. If you want solely authentic Japanese/Brazilian/Peruvian food, you can of course likely find a restaurant that is offering that specific cuisine you desire, rather than a fusion like Sushisamba. There are plenty of sushi places around Las Vegas, for example, that are more affordable and possibly more authentic. However, I would recommend coming here if you are looking to experience the unique and delicious fusion of cultures that the chefs are trying to honor, as well as the great service, ambience, and drinks! A note about service - the staff so sweetly gave us free shots and dessert with a candle for our birthday dinner! I didn’t even write a special request for this because I ran out of time; yet at other restaurants I DO write in birthday requests and they often still do nothing. Thank you to the wonderful staff here. That meant so much to us.
This was a bucket list, birthday gift for my wife as she’s always a wanted to operate heavy equipment. The staff was very helpful in our planning and I would recommend reservations to make sure that they have staff available when you plan to be there. In addition to my wife, my boys (12 and 17) both got to operate equipment. Everyone LOVED it and said that their instructors were pleasant, informative, personable and happy to help. Not cheap but highly recommended.
We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Thai massage, and both my wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the service (5-Stars all the way!). What made our day even more enjoyable was the spa's fantastic day pass, which granted us access to a wide range of exceptional amenities until 7 pm. This included access to a steam room, sauna, cold and hot pools, and jetted showers equipped with a minimum of 14 heads, ensuring a thorough cleanse from head to toe. To top it off, they provided all the essentials, including two lockers for your belongings, a robe, slippers, and towels, as well as a variety of amenities ranging from mouthwash to facial cleanser. It's important to note that this is not a co-ed spa experience. In summary, our visit was nothing short of outstanding, and we highly recommend it.
Bartender (James) was absolute trash in the customer service department due to asking for our identification and not the other gentlemen before us, then bragged about his bartending expertise on ID checking. The drink was really good though!
This was on our list of places to visit. You definitely need to go here. This museum is very well put together and very informative. You will need a minimum of 2 hours to see everything. There is a nice gift shop as you get to the end. The staff was wonderful and they really enhanced the self guided tour. There is an elevator of you need assistance. Don't miss this place!!!
Tiny rooms, no amenities whatsoever, housekeeping cleaned our room the first 2 days of our 7 days there, then nothing for the last 5. When we checked in there was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Our hotel safe wouldn't lock and when we tried to call hotel service the phone didn't work.....The resort fees are absolutely ridiculous, especially in the winter when there isn't even a pool available. The only good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to everything else, including the promenade. Honestly, if you want any comfort whatsoever during your stay, pay the few extra bucks and stay elsewhere.
