Plus, you can use your tokens for animal encounters without any extra costs. The staff is awesome - so friendly and knowledgable. And the prices, including those in the gift shop, are really fair. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Weekdays are generally less crowded, but weekends can get busy although the lines tend to move quickly. For the best experience, consider visiting earlier in the day during feeding times to see the animals at their most active. Keep in mind that if you visit closer to closing time, many of the animals may be resting or asleep.
