And the menu is extensive, offering burritos, tacos, taquitos, quesadillas, and everything in-between. You can also find healthy salads and spicy chicken. Wanna tweak the menu a bit? Go right ahead. Because everything is made fresh, customize your order to suit your taste preferences. Kids can enjoy a selection of offerings, and everybody will want a side of guac! What I Disliked
During a recent late-night visit, we enjoyed two delicious and satisfying chicken burritos. The service was impressively fast. This spot was definitely a refreshing alternative to the many chicken wing and burger joints around. Situated near the karaoke area, diners may also be treated to some interesting vocal performances while enjoying their meal.

The food at Baja Fresh Excalibur in Las Vegas was delicious – I highly recommend this place. Although we were initially unsure, the quality surpassed our expectations. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable for the area.

What I Disliked
The most stingy fast food I've ever encountered. The serving sizes are unbelievably small. This is why Chipotle outshines them by far. Tried Baja Fresh for the first time, and it's safe to say I won’t return. Had to pay an extra $3.00 for guacamole just to get something close to a decent portion.

What I Disliked
Baja Fresh Excalibur in Las Vegas has disappointed me with their skimpy serving sizes. Compared to Chipotle, they are quite stingy. On my first visit, I had to spend an extra $3.00 on guacamole just to feel satisfied. I won't be returning to Baja Fresh anytime soon.

What I Disliked
Baja Fresh in Excalibur has quickly become a go-to spot for delicious and fresh fast food takeout. The meats, vegetables, and salsas are always top-notch. The manager is incredibly professional and kind, running the restaurant with grace and sweetness. The staff, from the grill to the counter, are like a talented family led by a proud and capable manager. If only every restaurant had a team like this! I only wish there was a Baja Fresh closer to my neighborhood.
