Recently visited Buca di Beppo at Excalibur in Las Vegas for a quick bite. My friend and I decided to sit at the bar since we didn't have reservations. The tomatoes were served in a sizable glass resembling a martini cup and we couldn't finish it all. The only downside was that I wished there was more balsamic to add some acidity to the dish. Despite this, I would definitely return to dine here again.
