I had some credit I had to use and randomly came in for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. First, their Margherita pizza is a must. It’s so flavorful and fresh. This was my favorite dish. We also tried the clam pasta and chicken parmesan. They were both very good, not phenomenal though. I would definitely come back!

We dined at Osteria Costa before attending The Beatles LOVE show and had a fantastic experience. The service we received was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The food was authentic, freshly made, and absolutely delicious.

Recently, I dined at Costa in Las Vegas while staying at the Mirage. I opted for a refreshing Lemon drink, which the bartender accommodated by omitting the egg white. The menu consists of a la carte options, all with a higher price point. I enjoyed a Caesar salad and vodka pasta, both of which were delicious. The portions were generous, even for someone with a smaller appetite like myself. The pasta had a nice kick to it, without being too spicy. The service was efficient and attentive. However, the barstools were uncomfortable to sit on due to their design and slippery tile beneath. While the restaurant is vegetarian-friendly, it may not be the best option for vegans. The open layout of the restaurant allows for some distractions, such as sports playing on the TVs in the bar. Overall, my experience at Costa was decent.

Visited Costa for dinner with friends after watching Beatles Love on a weekend night. Our party of four was seated promptly, and I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The meal was incredibly tasty and authentic, and the portions were generous. 😋

I am truly saddened to hear that Costa in Las Vegas is closing. I hope they find a new location if Hard Rock doesn't keep them. My experience at Costa was fantastic - from the delicious food to the luxurious atmosphere. Our waitress, Dominique, went above and beyond with her attentiveness and great recommendations.

Costa in Las Vegas is a fantastic restaurant with exceptional Italian cuisine. The handmade pasta is served perfectly al dente. The staff provided great attention and even helped us celebrate our anniversary with a complimentary dessert. It's a fantastic spot to grab a bite if you're ever at the Mirage.
