I am truly saddened to hear that Costa in Las Vegas is closing. I hope they find a new location if Hard Rock doesn't keep them. My experience at Costa was fantastic - from the delicious food to the luxurious atmosphere. Our waitress, Dominique, went above and beyond with her attentiveness and great recommendations.
Recently dined at La Salsa Cantina at Miracle Mile Shops in Las Vegas after attending a show nearby. We were promptly greeted and seated, and enjoyed some tasty chips and salsa. Our server provided excellent service throughout the meal. We shared the Fajitas platter, which was good overall but the chicken was a bit dry. Another member of our party ordered the cheese enchiladas and taco, with the taco being disappointing due to dry chicken. However, the beans, rice, and side items like guac, sour cream, and salsa were delicious. Overall, I would rate this place a 3 out of 5, but our attentive server deserves an extra star.
Santa Fe Lanes is a family-friendly place. We had a great time, despite not being the best at bowling! The service from the staff at the front desk was very friendly, which was a nice way to start our afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the afternoon discount rate was actually cheaper than the military discount rate we requested. This saved us a few extra bucks for our group. We didn't order any food, as we were heading out for dinner afterwards, so I can't comment on that, but we had a fun time overall.
Veranda Bar is the go-to spot for breakfast whenever we visit Las Vegas. The atmosphere, staff, and food are consistently top-notch. The fruit plate is always fresh and the presentation of every dish is perfect. If I lived in town, I would make Veranda Bar a weekend breakfast tradition.
My partner and I had an amazing time on the Red Rock Canyon Scooter Tour. Bubba and Scooter Steve were incredibly organized and professional, which immediately put us at ease. The safety training they provided was thorough and well-done. My partner was a bit hesitant at first, but both Bubba and Scooter Steve were extremely patient and made sure she felt comfortable. I appreciated that they provided jackets and helmets, especially since it was a bit cool that day. The scooters were in great condition, and we didn't experience any mechanical issues throughout the tour. When my partner's hands got cold, Bubba even lent her a pair of gloves - excellent customer service! In addition to the exhilarating ride through Red Rock Canyon, Bubba and Scooter Steve shared interesting facts about the area and its history, making the experience both fun and educational. Overall, we had a fantastic time on the tour and would highly recommend Red Rock Scooter Tours to anyone looking for a safe, enjoyable, and informative excursion. Don't hesitate to sign up - you won't be disappointed!
I absolutely love the $3 Heineken at The Filament Bar in Las Vegas. It's a great deal and the perfect drink to enjoy while spending time at this bar.
The dining experience at Baja Miguel's Mexican was overall enjoyable. The restaurant was well-maintained and provided ample space for our party of six. Despite having two servers assigned to our table, we found ourselves frequently searching for their attention whenever we needed something. While they only checked on us once, both servers were friendly and accommodating. The shrimp tacos and empanadas that I ordered were delicious and reasonably priced. Situated on the 2nd floor, Baja Miguel's is a spacious restaurant suitable for large groups.
