I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Bistro 57. Although the food was average, the standout for me was the exceptional service from the staff. Our server, Chris, who also happened to be the bartender, went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience. It's rare to see such enthusiasm and dedication from restaurant staff nowadays. While the chicken picata was a bit too lemony for my liking, the pasta and chicken were cooked perfectly. I am looking forward to returning to sample more dishes on the menu and hopefully hear another song from the talented bartender, Chris.

Bistro 57 at Alliante Casino is a true hidden gem! My party and I visited on a Saturday evening and were pleased to find no wait, though we had made a reservation through open table just in case. Our server was attentive and offered excellent recommendations. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and I appreciated being able to see a portion of the service line from our table. The only downside was that happy hour is only available at the bar, so keep that in mind if you're looking to eat and drink on a budget. Overall, a great dining experience with no complaints.

Bistro 57 at Alliante Casino is indeed a hidden gem! My party and I visited on a Saturday evening and were seated promptly thanks to our reservation on OpenTable. Our server was very attentive and offered excellent suggestions. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. It's worth noting that there is a bar at the entrance where you can only enjoy happy hour specials if you sit there. However, aside from that minor inconvenience, we had no complaints. The restaurant was clean and I appreciated being able to see part of the service line from our table. Overall, a great dining experience at Bistro 57.

This is a hidden gem in Alliante Casino! We dined here one Saturday evening. There was no wait, but we booked a reservation through open table. Our server was attentive and made great recommendations. The portion sizes were pretty good and the food was very tasty. They have a bar when you initially walk in and you can only do happy hour if you sit there so that’s a bust if you want to eat and have happy hour. Other than that I have no complaints. The restaurant was clean and I liked how you can see a portion of the service line from the tables.

Not our first time there, and there's a reason! This quaint little hidden gem in the Aliante Hotel & Casino is definitely a place to check out! If you love Italian food you'll enjoy a meal here. They provide focaccia bread with an array of flavoured butter, garlic & sun dried tomato plus olive oil. Don't miss out on this even if you're counting carbs... a taste of this is worth it! My personal favorite is the pasta carbonara... They definitely do not skimp on the pancetta... Absolutely delicious! If you're a local you likely know about this place! If you're visiting off strip this is worth the stop!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this place. While the food was alright, and since I'm no expert on chicken picata, I can only judge them based on the staff. Our server was named Chris and he was also the bartender. Very rarely lately do we go to a restaurant and the staff is seemingly happy to be there. He managed not only work the bar but also wait on the tables. He was quick witted, attentive and also the entertainment. He serenaded us with many 90s RNB classics, which we enjoyed thouroughly. The chicken picata was too lemony for my taste, but the pasta and chicken was well cooked. I want to return to try more dishes and hear another song from Chris the bartender.
