Bistro 57 in Las Vegas is an amazing and cozy restaurant! The food is bursting with delightful flavors and was thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere is both romantic and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and clearly experienced. Bistro 57 in the Aliante Casino is a hidden gem! We visited on a Saturday evening and, while there was no wait, we had booked a reservation through OpenTable. Our server was attentive and made excellent recommendations. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. There's a bar right at the entrance where happy hour is available, but only if you're seated there, which can be a downside if you want to enjoy a meal and happy hour simultaneously. Other than that, everything was perfect. The restaurant was clean, and I appreciated the view of the service line from the tables.

Frequent visitors to Bistro 57, and it’s no surprise why! Tucked away in the Aliante Hotel & Casino, this charming spot is a must-visit for Italian food lovers. The focaccia bread served with various flavored butters, garlic, sun-dried tomato, and olive oil is a delightful start to the meal. Even if you’re watching your carbs, this appetizer is worth indulging in! The pasta carbonara is a standout dish, with generous portions of pancetta that make it absolutely delicious. Whether you’re a local or just visiting off the strip, Bistro 57 is a stop you won’t want to miss!

Trust me when I say that the Chicken Angelo at Bistro 57 in Las Vegas is a dish you do not want to miss. Made with a delicious combination of chicken, artichokes, peppers, mushrooms, and lemon cream sauce, the flavors all complement each other perfectly. The chef truly deserves all the compliments for creating such a masterpiece. Unfortunately, this dish is only available in April, so you'll have to hurry if you want to try it. But don't worry, the attentive and helpful server, Victoria, will make sure you have a fantastic dining experience. She even had great suggestions to enhance my wife's chicken Alfredo dish. Victoria's dedication to providing top-notch service was evident as she interacted with all the tables, giving each guest a memorable dining experience. I enjoyed the Chicken Angelo so much that I even asked for extra cream sauce to take home, and the staff happily obliged by making it from scratch. Overall, the experience at Bistro 57 was outstanding, and it's clear that the staff genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Angelo and hope it becomes a permanent menu item. Thank you, Bistro 57, for a wonderful dining experience.

Bistro 57 at Alliante Casino is definitely a hidden gem! My party and I visited one Saturday evening and were pleased that there was no wait, although we had made a reservation through open table just in case. Our server was attentive and offered some great recommendations from the menu. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. One downside was that you can only enjoy happy hour at the bar, so keep that in mind if you're looking to indulge in some drink specials while dining. Overall, the restaurant was clean and I appreciated being able to see part of the service line from our table. No complaints here!
