The Spa At The Mirage

I'm not someone who gets massages often, but this spa satisfied everything I could have hoped for. My husband booked me a prenatal massage (I'm 8 months pregnant) a week before our visit. From the phone call, to my leaving the spa, every interaction was friendly, attentive, and kind. The day before my treatment, we asked some questions at the front desk of the spa to ensure I was prepared for my treatment. The day of, June was wonderful at showing me the facility, explaining everything I needed to know, and even making me some coffee while I changed. I had the jacuzzi room to myself for coffee before my massage. Everything was clean and well laid out. Then my masseuse, Heather, could not have been better. She was a perfect fit for me. Not too firm, not too soft. The room was prepared with a special pillow to accommodate my belly. Music and lighting were great. And we chatted a bit during my massage. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this spa, especially Heather herself! ❤️

Beautiful area I love all the different things they offer but. ... The hours of operation are a flipping joke.!!!! I then was ended up being charged $200 for something. I didn't even get done because the hours were ridiculous. I was told it was walking basis. The 1st day I was there. Then the next day when I came in. They told me know your disappointment. Only and only appointment was open was after I would check out.

Decent place. Went for a pedicure which was nice. I gave this place four stars since the nail polish did not last nearly as long as when I get them at home. Treat yourself to the paraffin dip which is a nice addition and why I would go back. The people that work there are also friendly. A must try but know the pedicure polish won't last long.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Mirage Spa & Salon that I feel compelled to share. The level of customer service I encountered was shockingly poor, making my visit a complete nightmare. Upon arrival, my friends and I requested if they could kindly watch our suitcases while we went in for our massages, since we had checked out of our hotel and were headed to the airport after. To our disbelief, the staff instructed us to carry our heavy luggage all the way back to the front of the hotel and casino where the bell check desk was located. The inconvenience was already off-putting, especially since the line at the front was ridiculously long, with more than 30 minutes of waiting time. Frustrated by the situation, I decided to return to the spa with my suitcases, fearing that we would miss our scheduled appointments. After voicing my concern, the staff finally agreed to take our luggage to the bell desk. However, to my disbelief, they were unwilling to bring our suitcases back to us, even though we had a flight to catch. It's mind-boggling how they seemed so disinterested in accommodating their guests' needs. To add insult to injury, they even had the audacity to suggest that we cancel our appointments due to our suitcases. This level of incompetence and lack of consideration is unparalleled. I have traveled extensively and have had the privilege of experiencing top-notch spas that provide attentive and personalized service, which is a far cry from the treatment I received at Mirage Spa & Salon. The fact that they couldn't even manage the simple task of looking after our belongings while we enjoyed their services is a clear indication of their disregard for their customers. I am deeply disappointed by the Mirage Spa & Salon's negligence and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone seeking a relaxing and stress-free experience to look elsewhere, as this establishment clearly falls short of meeting even the most basic expectations.

This place is a hidden gem! By far one of the best massages of my life. Nice part is you ca arrive a few hours before your massage and use the sauna or steam room. I’ll be back!
