The Spa At The Mirage in Las Vegas offers a beautiful area with a variety of services, but the hours of operation can be frustrating. During a visit, I ended up being charged $200 for a service I didn't even receive due to limited hours. Originally told it was first-come, first-served, I later found out that appointments were necessary and only one was available after my check-out time. It was disappointing and inconvenient.

If you have the budget for it, The Spa At The Mirage is a nice experience, although it may not be much different from a nice spa in your hometown, just more expensive. I had a massage here and while it was nice, I found it to be way too expensive. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The staff seemed to rush through showing me everything, but if you arrive early, you can enjoy amenities like the hot tub, shower, or sauna, which is a nice bonus.

I recently visited The Spa At The Mirage for a prenatal massage and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was friendly, attentive, and kind from the moment I made my appointment until I left the spa. June, who showed me around the facility, was wonderful and even made me a cup of coffee before my massage. The jacuzzi room was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere before my treatment. My masseuse, Heather, was absolutely amazing. She found the perfect balance between firm and soft pressure and even provided a special pillow to accommodate my belly during the massage. The music and lighting in the room were great, and I appreciated the opportunity to chat with Heather during the treatment. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend The Spa At The Mirage, especially Heather - she was fantastic! ❤️

The setting of The Spa At The Mirage is stunning and there are a variety of services available, which I appreciate. However, I was disappointed with the hours of operation. I was initially told it was walk-in basis, but the next day I was informed that the only appointment available was after my check-out time. I recently visited The Spa At The Mirage for a prenatal massage and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I called to book my appointment to the moment I left the spa, every staff member was friendly, attentive, and kind. The day before my treatment, I had some questions at the front desk and the staff made sure I was prepared for my visit. On the day of my massage, June was wonderful in showing me around the facility and even made me a coffee before my treatment. She tailored the massage to my needs, providing the perfect amount of pressure. The room was set up with a special pillow to support my belly, and the music and lighting added to the relaxation. Heather also took the time to chat with me during the massage, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I left The Spa At The Mirage feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this spa, especially if you have the opportunity to book a massage with Heather.

The staff at The Spa at The Mirage is truly awesome. I highly recommend booking a massage with Silvia - she is fantastic. Their selection of teas is top-notch and truly adds to the relaxation experience. The only small downside is the limited options for those who just want to relax in the front area without using the pools.
