Avoid going to Serenity Spa by Westgate in Las Vegas. My 50-minute massage only lasted 40 minutes, and the masseuse was extremely rough. I had to ask for less pressure multiple times, and her hands were freezing cold. The room felt drafty and not at all relaxing. On the positive side, the hot tubs were nice and I was able to enjoy them without any other guests in the spa. However, the showers were ice cold and never warmed up, so I ended up showering back at my hotel instead. I would recommend trying a different spa for a better experience. Aria Spa may be pricier, but it's worth it for a more enjoyable and high-quality treatment.

Serenity Spa at Westgate in Las Vegas is a tranquil and private oasis. I received excellent assistance from Kaylee for my sciatica issue and I highly recommend her services. The spa offers walk-in showers, a sauna, a calming jacuzzi, and a variety of toiletries for guests to use. Conveniently located on the 3rd floor next to the pool, the spa also has a fitness center and a hair salon. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently visited Serenity Spa by Westgate in Las Vegas for a massage, and I had an incredible experience. My masseuse, Sofia, was absolutely amazing and extremely talented. It was truly the best massage I have ever had. Sofia was kind and attentive, even suggesting I use a towel in certain areas to make me more comfortable. She asked about my problem areas and focused on relieving those specific areas. Her hands were truly outstanding. The spa facility itself was top-notch - clean showers, locker rooms, lounge area, and bathroom. I enjoyed the dry sauna and hot tubs before my massage, which helped me relax even further. After my massage, I received a facial from Chantelle who did an incredible job, even including extractions which are rare to find. The entire experience was truly five-star. I visited the spa with family and we all had the same wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back and next time, I think I'll book an afternoon appointment so I can enjoy the pool before using the spa amenities, receiving another massage and facial. Everything about my visit was perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better way to spend my day.

Avoid this spa at all costs! It is far from being a relaxing spa experience. The manager, Brandy, completely ignored my attempts to discuss my disappointing visit. From the lack of water to the cold massage room, everything about my visit was chaotic and unprofessional. The technician didn't understand my requests and left me with a sore neck that still hasn't healed. The sauna was dirty and the common areas were a mess. Despite claims of extra sanitation efforts, the cleanliness was deplorable. To top it off, I was forced to take a cold shower due to a lack of hot water. The fact that the manager refused to address my concerns speaks volumes about the overall attitude of the staff. Don't waste your time or money at this spa.

I would recommend looking for another massage/spa location instead of Serenity Spa by Westgate in Las Vegas. The 50-minute massage I received was only 40 minutes, and the masseuse was very rough despite me asking for less pressure multiple times. Her hands were always cold, and the room felt drafty and not relaxing. On the positive side, the hot tubs were nice and since the spa was not busy, I was able to enjoy them in peace. However, the showers had only cold water which was disappointing, so I had to shower at my hotel instead. If you're looking for a better experience, I suggest trying Aria's spa. It may be pricier, but from my experience, you get what you pay for.

The spa offers walk-in showers, sauna, a relaxing jacuzzi, and plenty of toiletries for guests to enjoy. It is conveniently located next to the fitness center and hair salon on the 3rd floor of the north tower, right by the pool. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I definitely plan on returning in the future.
