Situated alongside Ricky Tiki Sushi and Benihana, this eatery is one to avoid. The food quality pales in comparison, reminiscent of basic microwave meals. I gave it a second try to be sure, but it simply didn't meet expectations. Additionally, I'm surprised it took over a month to receive a response from the management. I won't be returning.

Silk Road Asian Bistro shares its location with Ricky Tiki and Benihana, but I'd recommend opting for either of those instead. The experience here just isn't up to par. I've had more enjoyable Chinese food from a microwave box.

What I Disliked
The food at Silk Road Asian Bistro was disappointing. The pan-fried noodles were drenched in a sauce that was unappetizingly sticky, resembling glue. Everything tasted as if it wasn't fresh, especially the shrimp, which was tough. The service was sluggish, and the noodles were so crispy they seemed undercooked. This experience was far from enjoyable, and I doubt I'll return. Even fast casual chains offer a more satisfying meal.

Lychee Martinis at Silk Road Asian Bistro are top-notch. The salt and pepper shrimp are truly exceptional, and the pot stickers are also highly enjoyable. However, the General Tso's chicken could use some improvement.

What I Disliked
The shrimp, scallop, and vegetable dish had barely any shrimp or vegetables in it. One of our entrees was never brought to the table. Not only are the prices high, but the food was mediocre at best. When we brought it up to our server, she said she would 'tell the chef,' but then ignored us for 30 minutes. This place is incredibly disappointing. Go somewhere else if you want a satisfying meal.

Won't be returning to Silk Road Asian Bistro. We were seated in the farthest back corner and waited almost forty minutes before reminding the staff of our presence. It took almost an hour to receive our food, and we waited another thirty minutes without being checked on. We had to remind them to bring our bill as well. Overall, one of the most unprofessional service experiences we've had.
