We dined at Edge Steakhouse during our first night in Vegas and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the evening, ensuring our water glasses were always filled and checking in on us during our meal. We started with the Lobster Bisque, which was tasty but could have used more lobster and was a bit small for the price. The Filet Mignon was cooked slightly more towards medium well but the truffle butter was a nice touch. The creamed spinach was rich and cheesy, while the truffle Mac and cheese was a standout. For dessert, we enjoyed the flaming crème brûlée and cheesecake, both of which were delicious. The raspberry puree paired perfectly with the cheesecake. Overall, we would recommend dining at Edge Steakhouse.

What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

Edge Steakhouse in Las Vegas is definitely one of the best steak houses I've been to. The service was top notch and the selection of food was amazing. I started with the lobster bisque, which had a great presentation but was a bit underwhelming in terms of flavor and lobster content. However, things quickly improved from there. The wagyu tartar with caviar was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and I highly recommend getting a little bit of everything in each bite. For my entrée, I had the Australian wagyu strip loin with truffle butter on top. It was incredibly rich and buttery, and perfectly tender. I also enjoyed the roasted jalapeños on the side to add a bit of spice. The sautéed mushrooms I chose as my side dish were cooked perfectly and had a nice buttery flavor. I also tried the asparagus with fire roasted lemon drizzled on top, which my friend really enjoyed. For dessert, the creme brulee was excellent with a crunchy top and delicious vanilla custard. Overall, I would definitely eat here again and highly recommend Edge Steakhouse for anyone craving a good steak in a fine dining setting.

What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

During a recent business trip, I decided to dine at the bar at Edge Steakhouse. The atmosphere exuded a classic, sophisticated vibe that I could imagine Sinatra or Dean Martin enjoying. The bartender, Mike, was quite the character - embodying everything you would expect from a bartender of his caliber - a showman, artist, and friend all rolled into one. While the dinner ended up being more expensive than I had initially planned, the flavors and overall dining experience made it well worth it. The filet was cooked to perfection and practically melted in my mouth, and the loaded baked potato could have easily been a meal on its own. Despite keeping to myself, I couldn't help but notice the big deals being made around me - this is definitely a spot frequented by high rollers. One thing to note is that they do not have beer on tap, but the selection of cocktails and wines more than made up for it. Overall, Edge Steakhouse is a must-visit for those looking for a luxurious dining experience in Las Vegas.

Definitely one of the best steak houses I've been too. Top notch service, and an amazing selection of food. I started with the lobster bisque. The presentation was top notch, but I've definitely had better bisque from other restaurants. This dish was the only underwhelming part if my whole experience here. Lacked flavor and lobster. Things became exponentially better from there. Next I had the wagyu tartar with caviar. Melt in your mouth good, and I highly recommend you get a little bit of everything when taking a bite. All the flavors come together so well. For the entrée I had their prized Australian wagyu strip loin that is hard to put into words just how good it was. So rich and buttery, and the perfect amount of tender. I opted for the truffle butter on top, and had the roasted jalapeños on the side to spice up a bite here and there. (If you've never had jalapeños with your steak, I recommend giving it a try). Also, do not neglect the roasted garlic they give you. Put a clove on one of your bites, and go to heaven for just a minute. I had the sautéed mushrooms for my side that were cooked perfectly. Had a good meaty consistency, and a nice buttery flavor to them. My friend had the asparagus that was really good with the fire roasted lemon drizzled on top. For dessert I had the creme brulee, and again, the presentation was top notch. Nice crunchy top, and good vanilla custard. I would eat here again and again. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're craving a good steak in a fine dining setting.

We decided to eat at the Edge Steakhouse for our first night in Vegas. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating the entire night. Our glasses of water were filled all night and they periodically checked in on us during our meal. We first started off with our Lobster Bisque. It was pretty good, lacked a ton of lobsters and was a bit small if you ask me for spending $20. We then indulged in the Filet Mignon, which was again very good. It was slightly more on the medium well side but the truffle butter was a great compliment. The creamed spinach was good if you like it thick, creamy and cheesy. The truffle Mac and cheese was so good and was devoured. We then finished it off with the flaming crème brûlée & cheesecake. Both were absolutely delicious. The raspberry puree was an excellent complement to the cheesecake. Overall I would definitely recommend eating here.

Honestly, I don't know how this restaurant has such a high rating. This is officially the worse experience in a "so called high end restaurant" that I have been to, in well forever. That is $175 I can't get back. The only positive things I can say is nice espresso, and Mexican Corn. The rest is poor. The place is dark. They put me (myself and I) and 2 other parties in the back room, so zero atmosphere and back room service, as the poor waiters went from one busy room to the back room. The servers ranged from super friendly to I don't want to be working on a Saturday night. The food was average I ordered the marrow bone and my suggestion is don't. Zero favour with dry short rib chunks and oddly sweet meat croquettes bizarre combination. I was very disappointed as I love bone marrow. My dry aged rib eye was over cooked and I was made to feel like I should have just shut up and ate it. They brought out the chef because I only took one bite and cut it in the center and left it. Hats off, they did a much better job the second time but this resulted in them coming to me and saying the kitchen was shutting whilst I was eating my 2nd steak. I decided against a dessert but ordered double espresso, which was promptly served whilst I was still eating my 2nd steak with a 'we are shutting soon'. No discount on the bill and honestly, I would strongly recommend no one waste their hard earned money here. Go to a chain like S&W or Ruth Chris and you will get a better experience and much better food than here.
