Recently dined at The Angry Butcher at Sam's Town casino and had a pleasant meal. Opted for the fried chicken with Rosemary potatoes and house salad. The salad was generously sized with fresh ingredients and the honey mustard vinaigrette dressing was a standout. The fried chicken was excellently prepared, with a crispy exterior and tender meat. The portion of potatoes was large and paired well with the chicken. Leftovers were necessary due to the generous portions. My dining companion enjoyed the half herb chicken, stating it was delicious. Our server, Mark, was friendly and provided great recommendations. The option to dine inside or on the patio overlooking the interior waterfall was nice. The only drawback was a lingering "old" smell inside the restaurant, though it did not affect the overall dining experience. Management may want to address this issue with scented candles or incense. Prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants in Vegas. Would definitely return to The Angry Butcher on a future visit to Sam's Town.

Always a good meal here and friendly service. I've been here many times and it's consistently good. For a casino restaurant it is quite good. Typical steakhouse fare, entrees nicely seasoned and usually cooked as ordered. The asparagus is always tender, juicy, sweet and flavorful no matter the time of year.

We ate a meal here on Christmas Day as we were spending the holiday at Sam's Town. We ordered a set menu which was well priced at around $50, but not as described. The appetiser was a salad which was advertised as poached pears with mixed leaves and candied walnuts. The salad arrived with no pears - "we ran out" the server told us. The advertised dessert was Pumpkin Pie - instead, we were served a Pumpkin Cheesecake with no advance warning - "we ran out" the server told us, in between advising that he was pleased his shift was almost over..... We liked the idea of dining at the Angry Butcher but will now consider it a one-and-done as the experience wasn't all that. Sam's Town was magical at Christmas, this experience unfortunately, was not.

Wow, what an awesome find this place was. First time experience tonight. Parking was easy and free. Walking through the hotel, it reminded us of old school Vegas. Restaurant is sorta hidden in the very cool atrium area. Once inside, the decor is very nice and not the old school vibe, really liked it a lot. Our server Kori was only on her second shift, but she was very good, super nice, and offered some really good suggestions. Appetizers were the delicious complementary bread, Crab & Lobster cakes (they’re made with no fillers), and the tasty Cleaver salad. Both were great. Entrees were the Double Cut Pork Chop and Braised Short Ribs and both were A++ (along with the sides). No room for dessert, but managed to put down a Cappuccino afterwards. All in all, it was a great experience and this is gonna be one of our top 3 places to hit up for special occasions.
