Located in the Sam’s Town Casino Hotel, The Angry Butcher is a commendable steakhouse offering great value. While some minor details could use improvement—like the store-bought-tasting rolls and overly smooth mashed potatoes—the main dishes excel. The Prime Rib and ribeye steaks rival those of higher-end establishments, while the lump crab cocktail and French onion soup are standouts. The freshly made creamed spinach is notable, and the chocolate layer cake a la mode delivers satisfaction. Service is professional, making The Angry Butcher a worthwhile stop, especially at this price point, even if it may not be suited for a special occasion.

Had dinner at The Angry Butcher while visiting Sam's Town casino over the weekend and had an enjoyable experience. Tried the fried chicken, Rosemary potatoes, and house salad. The salad was quite large, filled with fresh lettuce and vegetables. The waiter recommended the honey mustard vinaigrette dressing—it was a big hit. The fried chicken came with two generous breasts, cooked to perfection with a crunchy exterior and tender interior. The side of potatoes was huge and paired well with the chicken. There was so much food that it needed to be boxed up. My guest had the half herb chicken and mentioned it was very good as well. Our waiter, Mark, was friendly and helpful. The seating options included both inside and on the patio, which offers a view of the large interior waterfall at Sam's Town. The only slight downside was a noticeable "old" smell inside the restaurant—it was reminiscent of an old house. Fortunately, the aroma became less noticeable once the food arrived. Management might consider using candles, incense, or a scented spray to improve this. Prices are comparable to similar restaurants in Vegas. Would definitely return to The Angry Butcher next time around at Sam's Town.

The rosemary potatoes were scrumptious, well-seasoned, and crispy. Diners have the choice of seating inside the restaurant or on the indoor patio, which offers a delightful view of the Mystic Falls waterfall. The service was outstanding, with a highly attentive server ensuring a wonderful dining experience.

The Angry Butcher is absolutely luxurious and perfect. Out of all the steak houses we've tried recently, this one had the best steaks, side dishes, and sauces. If you want to experience food heaven, this is the restaurant to visit. Highly recommended! 👌👌❤️

During a recent visit to Sam's Town casino, I dined at The Angry Butcher and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the fried chicken, Rosemary potatoes, and house salad. The salad was generously sized with fresh ingredients, and the honey mustard vinaigrette dressing recommended by our waiter was a delightful addition. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked, with a crispy outer coating and tender meat inside. The portion of Rosemary potatoes was substantial and paired well with the chicken. I ended up needing a to-go box as there was so much food. My dining companion enjoyed the half herb chicken dish as well. Our waiter, Mark, was friendly and attentive. The restaurant offers both indoor and patio seating, with a lovely view of the interior waterfall at Sam's Town from the patio. The only drawback was a slight musty odor inside the restaurant, reminiscent of an old house. However, the smell did not linger once the food arrived. Perhaps management could consider using scented candles or incense to address this issue. The prices were comparable to other restaurants in Las Vegas. I would definitely return to The Angry Butcher on my next visit to Sam's Town.
