Considering it was a Friday evening, a 16-minute wait was quite reasonable. Our group of five was initially brought to a table meant for four, which our server quickly rectified, but it was an unexpected hiccup. Once settled, we placed our orders and waited. The mozzarella sticks were decent, but the main dishes were a letdown. The food appeared as if it had been left out before being served, evident from the photos I took shortly after receiving our meals. My family barely touched their food—three kids' meals went uneaten, and my mom found her pasta unpalatable, describing the taste as odd. My own dish didn't fare much better, with fries that seemed like they'd been sitting out for ages, and even the ranch dressing tasted off, different from what I expected. We left our meals untouched and opted not to order dessert despite the kids' interest, as the main courses had already been disappointing. Checking out was another ordeal, as we waited over half an hour for the bill and another 15-20 minutes before someone finally picked it up. I had to ask another staff member to help us settle the payment. Our server wasn't busy, yet we never received refills or extra napkins. This location used to be a favorite of mine, but the experience has certainly changed.

The wait time was 16 minutes, which was reasonable for a Friday. Our party of five was initially taken to a table for four, requiring a quick seating adjustment. Once seated, we were promptly greeted and our orders were taken. While the mozzarella sticks were passable, the main dishes were disappointing. The food appeared as if it had been sitting out for a while when it arrived, judging by the look of our meals just minutes after being served. Several dishes went untouched, including three kids' meals, and the pasta had an odd flavor. My own meal seemed stale, with fries looking particularly old and unappetizing, and the ranch dressing tasted off. We ended up leaving most of our food and decided against ordering dessert. We waited over thirty minutes for the bill, and another 15-20 minutes for it to be processed. Eventually, I had to find another server to assist, as ours was not occupied but didn't attend to us for refills or extra napkins. This used to be my favorite location, but the quality has noticeably declined. As we arrived, a customer leaving also mentioned dissatisfaction with the food, indicating it wasn’t just us. Despite rising prices, the quality hasn't kept up, which is disappointing. We won't be returning.

The wait time, surprisingly efficient at just 16 minutes for a Friday night, set a hopeful tone. We were a group of five, but the initial seating arrangement was for four, which our waiter had to promptly amend, creating a somewhat awkward start. Once settled, our orders were taken promptly. The mozzarella sticks were passable, but the main dishes left much to be desired. As shown in the photos, taken mere minutes after being served, the meals appeared neglected. Multiple dishes went uneaten, including several kids' meals and a pasta dish that was barely touched due to its unusual taste. My own meal seemed as though it had been sitting out; the fries were notably stale, which was quite disappointing. Even the ranch dressing tasted off, unlike its usual flavor. Ultimately, none of us opted to take leftovers home. Though the children showed interest in dessert, we decided against it after the disappointing main courses. The checkout process was equally frustrating; we waited over thirty minutes for the bill and another 15-20 minutes for it to be collected. I had to seek out another staff member to process our payment so we could finally leave. Despite our section being fairly empty, our server was inattentive—no drink refills or extra napkins were offered. This restaurant used to be a top choice, but the quality has declined significantly over the years. An encounter with a departing diner, who suggested they hire new cooks, indicated that our experience might not have been unique. With rising prices but diminishing quality, it's a sad decline. Regrettably, this visit will be our last.

Visited this T.G.I. Friday's location for the first time and found the atmosphere to be lacking, with only around 20 customers seated and the bar empty. This was on a Thursday evening around 6:30pm. The hostess approached but then left, leaving about 20 people waiting outside to be seated. When I asked another customer if they had been helped, they mentioned looking for a table for 7, despite there being plenty of available tables. After waiting for 15 minutes with no seat, I left disappointed. I may consider trying again in the future.
