Our visit to Sadelle's Cafe in Las Vegas was delightful. The dining room offered stunning views of the garden and conservatory, enhancing our experience. The dishes were extremely fresh, and their presentation was quite striking. The service stood out for its excellence, with the staff being both attentive and welcoming. We were fortunate to snag a table immediately for our first brunch there, which was an unexpected treat. The baby blue walls complemented the salmon-colored uniforms of the servers, creating a serene atmosphere. The brunch menu was enticing, and the variety of drinks was impressive. In summary, it was a fantastic outing. Much appreciated!

Sadelle's Cafe in Las Vegas boasts an undeniably beautiful setting, akin to stepping into a Disney princess castle. The ambiance exudes elegance, making it perfect for capturing memorable photos. However, the food left much to be desired, with most dishes lacking in flavor and not quite matching their price point. That said, the pancakes were a highlight and are definitely worth trying. The captivating atmosphere and delicious pancakes might entice a return visit, especially for those looking to snap more stunning photos.

We visited Sadelle's on December 8, 2024, and the experience was incredible! The magic began with the stunning Christmas decorations at the Bellagio, setting a perfect scene even before we entered. Despite not having reservations, we were seated within 15-20 minutes. Sadelle's itself is a visual treat, offering a wonderful view of the Bellagio pool and conservatory. Depending on your seating, you can enjoy the beautiful holiday decorations while dining. Our meal consisted of steak and eggs, along with the remarkable French toast. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium, as requested, and was well-seasoned, flavorful, and tender—a high-quality cut of meat. The French toast was a highlight! It is soaked in a bread-pudding-like mix and then grilled, resulting in a crispy exterior and soft, bread-pudding-like interior. Truly delicious and not overly sweet, this dish is ideal for breakfast or even as a dessert. A mimosa complemented the meal, and it was so delightful that having more would have been tempting! The fresh orange juice and elegant glassware made it feel never-ending—definitely worth the price. From our table, we had a wonderful view of the Christmas decorations, adding to the festive atmosphere as we enjoyed coffee and mimosas. The service was attentive, and the breakfast surpassed typical expectations—every aspect was delightful. We're eagerly anticipating a return visit to explore the lunch menu!

Sadelle's at the Bellagio Hotel is undeniably one of the most charming additions to the Bellagio's dining scene. Nestled beside the Bellagio Garden, it boasts one of the most picturesque views, perfect for people-watching or simply admiring the vibrant floral and seasonal displays. The service is commendable, although the noise level can rise, particularly during the bustling lunchtime period. Specializing in brunch, their array of bagels stands out. The smoked salmon combo bagel we sampled was generously layered with toppings, easily enough for two. The overall food quality is good, and the ambiance significantly enhances the experience. The pancake adorned with fresh fruits was a delightful highlight. Attentive service adds to the positive experience. While the culinary offerings may not exceed high expectations, the pastries are certainly worth indulging in. Despite a few minor shortcomings, Sadelle's remains a worthwhile spot to revisit, enjoying its beautiful setting and exceptional views.

Sadelle's Cafe in Las Vegas impresses from afar with its stunning ceiling, walls, floors, and decorations. However, the metal fixtures could use a good clean and polish, and the tables might benefit from being replaced, as their sides are quite worn. The food is generally quite good, with a decent avocado toast on offer. As expected, prices reflect the typical high costs of the Vegas Strip but are more reasonable compared to many other upscale options. 🤷🏼

After hearing countless recommendations and seeing Sadelle's Cafe every time I visit the Bellagio Conservatory, I finally made brunch reservations three weeks in advance. As a local, I know navigating traffic and parking in Las Vegas can be time-consuming, so I arrived early on the day of our reservation to explore the Conservatory before heading to the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The charming decor and comfortable seating set the perfect atmosphere for our family brunch. Our server, Juan H., provided exceptional service throughout our meal, being attentive and efficient. We ordered a variety of drinks and dishes, including the French Toast Martini, Blueberry Pancakes, and Ham Benedict, all of which were outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional food quality, surpassing my expectations. While the prices were a bit higher than other brunch spots, dining in the heart of the LV strip comes with its costs. As a local, I enjoy indulging in on-strip restaurants occasionally to experience something new. One aspect I would change is the presence of birds in the restaurant, as they can be distracting and unsanitary. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend Sadelle's Cafe to everyone. Be sure to make a reservation and arrive early to avoid any wait times.
