Sadelle's Cafe in Las Vegas is the perfect spot for brunch! Even without a reservation, we were quickly seated. Every dish we tried was delicious, making it a must-visit spot in the Bellagio area. The portion sizes are generous, so sharing is definitely a good idea.

Just off the lobby in their “garden.” Trust me, make a reservation and preferably days in advance; your wait in the walk up line could exceed 90 minutes…. (Not their fault, just so many people!) Since I was a party of one, I lucked out and was able to sit at the bar. The place was packed and they assuredly had appropriate manpower to make it work! This staff hustled with smiles and sincere motivation to have everyone leave full and happy. From my experience and what I witnessed; mission accomplished! My server, Ronald F., couldn’t have been more attentive. The French onion soup is huge and delicious. The tuna melt was hot and tasty. Typically priced for a casual casino restaurant. I left content.

Great early evening meal, after visiting the Bellagio Casino Conservatory and the Christmas display. Did not have reservations, but only a brief (15 - 20 minute) wait to be seated. Ordered the ‘Triple Decker’ Club sandwich, with turkey and ham. Sandwich included Cole slaw with a ‘Russian’ dressing and a bit of sauerkraut on rye. It was great! We also ordered the Cheese blintz. Blintz were prepared just right, almost like a dessert, with a delicious creme cheese filling. Our waiters were attentive, patient and helpful. Restrooms were close by, in the restaurant - we didn’t have to traipse across the casino floor to use the restrooms. During an earlier visit, we both enjoyed the Chef salad. It was one of the best salads we have enjoyed with very fresh ingredients. After the sun went down, lighting was lowered and we had a wonderful view of the Conservatory and the Christmas lights. Within the restaurant is a comfortable sized bar and gathering area. Seating in the area alongside the Conservatory is open to the display area and has the feeling of being in an outdoor setting. Farther inside the restaurant is seating with a view of the interior garden and pool area. Restaurant interior is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and a variety of seating configurations to accommodate couples, small or larger groups. Anyone planning a visit or stay at the Bellagio must include a visit to Sadelle’s restaurant.

This place is extremely beautiful. The seats are nice and comfy. The decorations are well thought out. However the service is awful. They sat people who didn’t have a reservation before us. Our server took 20 minutes to get to us. He wasn’t nice at all either. While we were there, we heard glass shatter 3 times, dropped by the employees. Yes accidents happen but the staff also lacks professionalism. The prices arent too bad for how pretty the restaurant is, but as for the quality… well thats a different story. The food is average. This place reminds me of Disneyland, extremely pretty to look at but not tasty. The side of pickles is the only memorable item I tried. My grilled cheese didn’t taste fresh and my friends pasta tasted stale. They gave us red pepper flakes to make it better because the taste by itself is not good. Maybe it’s because we look young so they didn’t care to give us good service. Either way, I wouldn’t really recommend this place. Positively, there was a girl who took our drink order, her name was Michelle and was genuinely nice and hospitable.

An Exceptional Dining Experience! This restaurant boasts exquisite interior design with a touch of elegance, conveniently situated adjacent to the Belgaio Hotel's park. The culinary offerings here are truly outstanding! I highly recommend trying the Greek salad and the dish with the perfectly crispy egg – they're absolute must-tries. But the prices are bit highly.

Great food, Great atmosphere, And great service. We had to try Saddelle's on our last trip to Vegas, We had heard good things but after seeing Travel Ruby's review video we knew we had to try it. Best French toast I have ever had, it's huge and so delicious (get the berries) my wife had the smoked salmon bagel tower and she loved hers as well. We were staying in the hotel so getting back to our rooms while stuffed was super convenient. But it is worth going to no matter where you are staying, we will be back for sure.
