After hearing countless recommendations and seeing Sadelle's Cafe every time I visit the Bellagio Conservatory, I finally made brunch reservations three weeks in advance. As a local, I know navigating traffic and parking in Las Vegas can be time-consuming, so I arrived early on the day of our reservation to explore the Conservatory before heading to the restaurant. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The charming decor and comfortable seating set the perfect atmosphere for our family brunch. Our server, Juan H., provided exceptional service throughout our meal, being attentive and efficient. We ordered a variety of drinks and dishes, including the French Toast Martini, Blueberry Pancakes, and Ham Benedict, all of which were outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional food quality, surpassing my expectations. While the prices were a bit higher than other brunch spots, dining in the heart of the LV strip comes with its costs. As a local, I enjoy indulging in on-strip restaurants occasionally to experience something new. One aspect I would change is the presence of birds in the restaurant, as they can be distracting and unsanitary. Despite this minor issue, I highly recommend Sadelle's Cafe to everyone. Be sure to make a reservation and arrive early to avoid any wait times.

Sadelle's Cafe at the Bellagio is one of the top restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a classic American diner with a touch of elegance. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food is absolutely delicious. The complimentary drinks offered while waiting in line were a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes, like the Triple Decker sandwich which easily feeds a group of four. The cheeseburger was also a standout, although I opted to eat the lettuce on the side due to the towering nature of the sandwich. Despite the long wait and busy tables, the service was excellent. It's clear why the wait times can be on the longer side - the restaurant is popular for a reason. Overall, a great dining experience at Sadelle's Cafe.

The asparagus at Sadelle's Cafe was truly incredible. Our waitress was also fantastic, and she even made a great suggestion for salad dressing that is now my favorite. I ordered the Freddy sandwich, which was delicious. I can't think of anything negative to say about this restaurant - everything was superb.

Looking for a special spot for a birthday breakfast, we decided to try Sadelle's Cafe and made reservations to avoid a long wait. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food and service were top-notch. The only hiccup was that we had a few dirty glasses, but they were promptly replaced with apologies. My son loved the eggs Benedict with caviar, while my daughter enjoyed the huge French toast with a creamy center. The breakfast sandwiches, teas, and mimosas also added to the fantastic meal. I would recommend making reservations to ensure a great dining experience at Sadelle's Cafe.

Had a great early evening meal at Sadelle's Cafe after visiting the Bellagio Casino Conservatory and Christmas display. Despite not having reservations, we only had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated. I ordered the 'Triple Decker' Club sandwich with turkey and ham, served with coleslaw, Russian dressing, and sauerkraut on rye. It was delicious! We also tried the Cheese blintz, perfectly prepared with a creamy cheese filling that felt almost like a dessert. The waitstaff was attentive, patient, and helpful, and the proximity of the restroom within the restaurant was convenient. On a previous visit, we both enjoyed the Chef salad, made with very fresh ingredients and one of the best salads we've had. As the sun set, the lighting inside the restaurant created a lovely view of the Conservatory and Christmas lights. The restaurant has a comfortable bar and gathering area, as well as seating by the Conservatory that feels like being outdoors. Inside, there is seating with a view of the interior garden and pool area, all tastefully decorated with comfortable seating and various configurations for couples or larger groups. Overall, Sadelle's Cafe at the Bellagio is a must-visit for anyone staying at or visiting the hotel.

Sadelle's Cafe is truly a breathtaking dining experience. The atmosphere is open and inviting, and the food is absolutely delicious. Don't make the mistake of assuming the portions are small - they are actually quite generous. Our group couldn't finish our meals, but thankfully we were able to take the leftovers home. The food is expertly prepared and beautifully presented, making for a truly impressive dining experience. Just like many other top dining spots in Vegas, it's important to make a reservation in advance to avoid a long wait. If we ever find ourselves in Vegas again, Sadelle's Cafe is definitely a place we will be returning to. 10 out of 10 for both the food and the venue.
