Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Bar

Our recent visit to Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas was inspired by recommendations from family members who had previously praised their experiences there. A word to the wise: secure a reservation ahead of time! Even with ours, we faced a wait exceeding 20 minutes past our scheduled time. Once seated, our table was located in the far-left corner near the bar, unfortunately obstructed by a large structure that hindered our view. However, a highlight of our evening was the exceptional service provided by the staff. As for the food, it was a mixed experience. The gyoza, cucumber salad, and sushi were fair but lacked a memorable touch in both taste and portion size, where some improvement could be needed. On a brighter note, the tempura lobster, halibut, and kalbi roll were exceptional, impressing us with their distinctive flavors and flawless preparation. Overall, Yellowtail has much to offer but could enhance certain aspects. It will be interesting to see how they refine their dining experience in the future.

We’ve visited Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Bar on each of our recent trips to Vegas and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots on the strip! The atmosphere is simply incredible, the drinks are flawlessly crafted, and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The menu is brilliantly designed with shareable dishes, allowing you to sample a variety of flavors, though the portions are more generous than typical tapas. As an added bonus, you can enjoy a stunning view of the water show through the windows, especially enchanting at night!

I've visited Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Bar twice, and each time has been absolutely fantastic! Most recently, Roberto served us, and he was the most attentive and personable server we've ever encountered, making it the best dining experience possible. The care he and the rest of the staff took to ensure we had a great experience was truly appreciated. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. The food was just as amazing as the service. I have dined at Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas twice now and both experiences have been absolutely fantastic! During my most recent visit, Roberto was our server and he was the most attentive and personal server I have ever had. He truly made it the best dining experience possible. The care and attentiveness shown by Roberto and the rest of the staff really made our visit special. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Visited Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas over the weekend with a group for a birthday celebration. Our server was exceptional - friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not being a sushi fan, she recommended the Filet which was absolutely amazing. The rest of the group enjoyed their sushi as well. We had a great view of the fountains from our corner table near the kitchen. Our server even reminded us to take a picture outside with the fountain before heading to a show. She went above and beyond to make our experience even better. If I find myself in Vegas again, I will definitely return to Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Bar.
