Jasmine in Las Vegas offers stunning views of the Bellagio fountain water shows and features beautiful butterfly-themed decor inside. Having tried authentic Cantonese cuisine in places like San Francisco, San Gabriel Valley, and NYC, the food here is reasonable. We chose live spot prawns—one order boiled, the other steamed with garlic and vermicelli noodles (market price $110 for six pieces)—along with salt and pepper scallops, crispy honey sea bass, and beef tenderloin with asparagus in black pepper sauce. The seafood tasted fresh. However, portions are somewhat small, though the menu provides a nice variety of options. Many surrounding tables were ordering more Americanized dishes, including fried rice and pot stickers. Our waitress, along with the service staff, was friendly and attentive, making our celebration a delightful experience. While the website and reservation confirmation mention a "smart casual" dress code, it was not enforced, as most guests wore shorts, t-shirts, and athletic sneakers.

The staff at Jasmine in Las Vegas were exceptionally kind, and the food was delicious. I was initially concerned about being served too much food since I wasn't very hungry, but I was pleasantly surprised by the manageable portion sizes. The dining experience was made even better by the special, off-menu desserts they prepared. Although we requested a window seat, we arrived late and missed out on the table, which diminished our view of the fountain show—entirely our own fault. Thank you very much; we genuinely appreciate it!

We dropped by without a reservation and opted to sit at the bar for our meal. This choice did not disappoint! The bartender and craft cocktail mixer, Laura, provided exceptional service. We began with the pan-seared dumplings, which were honestly the best we've ever had - highly recommended. We also tried the egg rolls, which weren't recommended but we were curious; they turned out to be just okay. The Garlic Prawn rice was outstanding, and all the various house-made sauces added a wonderful extra touch to the meal. Jasmine is a GREAT stop if you’re at the Bellagio. While the dining room boasts a beautiful view of the fountain, we really enjoyed our experience at the cozy bar.

Jasmine in Las Vegas offers so many wonderful options in an amazing atmosphere with a great location. The view of the Bellagio fountains is fantastic. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and caring. The food is rated at 3.5 or 4 out of 5. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend trying the fried rices, shrimp dishes, kung pao chicken, clay pot, and creme brûlée.

Stopped in without a reservation and decided to sit at the bar to eat at Jasmine. This was a great choice! The bartender and craft cocktail mixer took great care of us. We started with the pan seared dumplings which were the best we have ever had - highly recommend. Also tried the egg rolls despite the bartender's warning and they were just OK. The Garlic Prawn rice was excellent, and the various house made sauces that came with everything added a great extra touch to the food. A GREAT stop if at Bellagio, and while the dining room is beautiful with a great view of the fountain, we enjoyed sitting at the small bar.

The food at Jasmine was delicious, but the portions were quite small and the prices were on the higher side. Our family of 5 spent around $400. The ambiance inside the restaurant was lovely and the decor was gorgeous. We were lucky enough to be seated by the window during the Bellagio water show, which added a special touch to our dining experience. Be sure to make a reservation and remember there is a business casual dress code in place.
