From beginning to end, our visit was absolutely remarkable. While the cuisine and atmosphere, complete with cozy seating and spectacular views of the illuminated water displays, were indeed impressive, the real stars were the staff. Their knowledgeability, courtesy, and sense of humor made the interactions genuinely enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by their attentiveness, as they discreetly replaced our wine glasses when they noticed we were enjoying mocktails while awaiting our table. The four-course menu was flawless, truly a dream. Every dish, from the bread and oysters to the lobster salad, risotto, exquisite escargots, loup de mer, rabbit, and delightful desserts, was a taste of paradise!

Dining at Le Cirque in Las Vegas was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was exceptional, making it a standout culinary journey. The tasting menu was a true delight, with each dish beautifully presented and bursting with incredible flavors. The thought and creativity behind each item made it difficult to choose a favorite. The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who enhanced the overall experience. A particularly memorable moment was a thoughtful gesture for a special occasion—a handwritten card and an extra dessert added a meaningful touch to the celebration. For those seeking an outstanding French dining experience accompanied by impeccable service and attention to detail, Le Cirque is a must-visit. It's an experience worth repeating!

I realized I never left a review for the delightful Alba White Truffle dinner enjoyed on Thanksgiving. Having dined at Le Cirque since it opened, the consistently excellent food and service never disappoint. The culinary experience is unmatched, with exceptional service from Martin and wine recommendations from Fredrick, the Sommelier. Gene, the bartender we're familiar with, showcases his expertise flawlessly. On occasion, we've had the pleasure of meeting Sirio, and years ago, we even visited Le Cirque when it was located in New York. Recently, we celebrated an anniversary at Le Cirque, which was once again an extraordinary experience. From the moment you step into the restaurant, the ambiance and service make you feel truly special. The decor is stunning and ideal for a romantic evening. We were fortunate to secure a window table with a view of the Bellagio Fountains, making the evening even more memorable. Martin and Fredrick, familiar faces from past visits, were outstanding, and Christopher along with the entire staff contributed to the impeccable service. A special mention goes to Gene, arguably one of the best bartenders in Las Vegas. We savored Alba White Truffles over risotto, which were absolutely delicious. If you've never tried Alba White Truffles, seize the opportunity as they're only available for a brief season, likely until December. We also enjoyed a beet salad, Brittany Loup De Mer, and decadent desserts. Le Cirque comes highly recommended for any special occasion or whenever you're in the mood for an exceptional fine dining experience.

One of the most exceptional dining experiences ever! The food was simply outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The intimate atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for a date. Be prepared to spend some time here, as the many courses are perfectly paced. We're eagerly looking forward to our next trip to Vegas to relive this experience!

We received exquisite service and equally remarkable dishes during our anniversary celebration at Le Cirque. Each team member contributed to an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Additionally, the rabbit dish was the best I've ever had anywhere, and the Riesling sauce left a lasting impression.

I would advise against spending your money at Le Cirque. We opted for the 8 course tasting menu and, despite a few exceptional dishes, the majority were lackluster and not up to par with the restaurant's reputation. While the presentation was visually appealing for social media, the flavors fell short of expectations. We even left some of our three desserts unfinished. However, I must commend the sommelier and the wine pairing, which was the highlight of our dining experience.
