I realized I never left a review for the delightful Alba White Truffle dinner enjoyed on Thanksgiving. Having dined at Le Cirque since it opened, the consistently excellent food and service never disappoint. The culinary experience is unmatched, with exceptional service from Martin and wine recommendations from Fredrick, the Sommelier. Gene, the bartender we're familiar with, showcases his expertise flawlessly. On occasion, we've had the pleasure of meeting Sirio, and years ago, we even visited Le Cirque when it was located in New York. Recently, we celebrated an anniversary at Le Cirque, which was once again an extraordinary experience. From the moment you step into the restaurant, the ambiance and service make you feel truly special. The decor is stunning and ideal for a romantic evening. We were fortunate to secure a window table with a view of the Bellagio Fountains, making the evening even more memorable. Martin and Fredrick, familiar faces from past visits, were outstanding, and Christopher along with the entire staff contributed to the impeccable service. A special mention goes to Gene, arguably one of the best bartenders in Las Vegas. We savored Alba White Truffles over risotto, which were absolutely delicious. If you've never tried Alba White Truffles, seize the opportunity as they're only available for a brief season, likely until December. We also enjoyed a beet salad, Brittany Loup De Mer, and decadent desserts. Le Cirque comes highly recommended for any special occasion or whenever you're in the mood for an exceptional fine dining experience.

One of the most exceptional dining experiences ever! The food was simply outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The intimate atmosphere makes it an ideal spot for a date. Be prepared to spend some time here, as the many courses are perfectly paced. We're eagerly looking forward to our next trip to Vegas to relive this experience!

We received exquisite service and equally remarkable dishes during our anniversary celebration at Le Cirque. Each team member contributed to an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Additionally, the rabbit dish was the best I've ever had anywhere, and the Riesling sauce left a lasting impression.

I would advise against spending your money at Le Cirque. We opted for the 8 course tasting menu and, despite a few exceptional dishes, the majority were lackluster and not up to par with the restaurant's reputation. While the presentation was visually appealing for social media, the flavors fell short of expectations. We even left some of our three desserts unfinished. However, I must commend the sommelier and the wine pairing, which was the highlight of our dining experience.

My spouse and I celebrated Valentine's Day at Le Cirque and had a wonderful experience. The fixed 4-course menu was priced at $345 per person, which may seem steep, but we enjoyed the food immensely. I would have preferred to try the 8-course meal for the same price, but we will definitely be returning to sample their regular menu. The food was exceptional and the service was top-notch. The attention to detail in the atmosphere, from the dishes to the glassware, was truly impressive. Our bill came out to nearly $1,000 including tips, a bottle of sparkling non-alcoholic cocktail, and an espresso martini. While the experience was fantastic, it was quite pricey. For a more affordable Michelin restaurant experience, I recommend trying Picasso at the Bellagio. Overall, we were pleased with our choice to spend Valentine's Day at Le Cirque.

Le Cirque in Las Vegas is a truly exceptional dining experience. The rabbit and wagyu steak were absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable evening. I was impressed by the personal touch that Martin added to our dinner, making it truly special. Despite not spending as much as other parties, the staff still made sure to provide a magical dining experience that exceeded expectations. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to the staff at Le Cirque for a wonderful dining experience.
