The culinary experience at Harvest by Roy Ellamar in Las Vegas was exceptional, with the atmosphere adding to the overall enjoyment. However, the interaction with the server was less than ideal; the service felt rushed, and there was little engagement during the meal. Despite this, it didn't detract from the overall impression of the restaurant, which was outstanding, possibly due to the server's high workload. Upon entering, the open design immediately drew attention, with the restaurant centered around the kitchen. The glass walls provided a fascinating view of the culinary preparations, adding to the dining experience. The setting was comfortable and had a pleasant ambiance. Opting for the Tasting Menu, each dish was a delight. The sangria stood out with a generous portion of fruit, making it both refreshing and delicious. Starting with a Caesar salad, the trout dressing was a unique twist from the traditional anchovy, resulting in a distinctive yet enjoyable flavor. The inclusion of watermelon radishes was unexpected, but they complemented the dish well. The highlight was the main course featuring filet and Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts alone were delectable, but served on an eggplant puree, they reached new heights. The filet was expertly cooked to a perfect medium rare, with a fantastic sear that required a knife only to get through it. The combination of spices and tenderness of the meat was just right, with an ideal portion size. To conclude the meal, the brownie with ice cream was irresistible. Cooked to perfection and paired with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, toasted pecans, and chocolate sauce, it was further enhanced by a subtle sprinkling of flaked salt, which remarkably elevated the dessert to a new level. This simple touch was inspiring, providing a delightful idea for enhancing chocolate desserts at home.

The dining experience at Harvest by Roy Ellamar in Las Vegas was truly delightful. The pork belly lettuce cups left a lasting impression with their perfect crunch. The sunchoke soup added a lovely autumn touch, and the raw vegetable salad was thoroughly enjoyable, leaving a wish to savor every last bite. The rib eye was expertly cooked. Unfortunately, there was no room left for dessert, which was a disappointment. The only downside was the sangria, which had a medicinal taste and wasn't drinkable. Both my table and another nearby returned it due to its unpleasant flavor.

Our first night in Las Vegas, we decided to dine at Harvest by Roy Ellamar. The martini had a bitter and smoky profile, reminiscent of burnt espresso. The scallop was slightly overcooked. While the service was commendable, considering the price, the overall experience with the food left us a bit disappointed.
