The dining experience at Harvest by Roy Ellamar in Las Vegas was truly delightful. The pork belly lettuce cups left a lasting impression with their perfect crunch. The sunchoke soup added a lovely autumn touch, and the raw vegetable salad was thoroughly enjoyable, leaving a wish to savor every last bite. The rib eye was expertly cooked. Unfortunately, there was no room left for dessert, which was a disappointment. The only downside was the sangria, which had a medicinal taste and wasn't drinkable. Both my table and another nearby returned it due to its unpleasant flavor.

Our first night in Las Vegas, we decided to dine at Harvest by Roy Ellamar. The martini had a bitter and smoky profile, reminiscent of burnt espresso. The scallop was slightly overcooked. While the service was commendable, considering the price, the overall experience with the food left us a bit disappointed.

The chicken was deliciously briny, perfectly complemented by its sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection—highly recommend trying it with the béarnaise sauce. The panna cotta was the best ever tasted. Bravo!

Harvest by Roy Ellamar is an incredible restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. I recently dined here for the second time and was blown away by the effort put into preparing each dish. One highlight was the Salmon Riloutte and Pork Belly Wraps we started with, followed by the delicious chicken and wild mushrooms. It was truly one of the best meals I've had in a while and I am already looking forward to my next visit.
