La Cave in Las Vegas offers an exceptional atmosphere, and the unique brunch concept is truly impressive. The butler-style service, where dishes are brought around for guests to sample as often as they like, is fantastic. The short rib hash was a standout favorite, and the Ube pancake with cream cheese filling was delightful. The mushroom truffle grits also deserve a mention for their deliciousness. Without a doubt, this is a place worth returning to again and again.

We visited La Cave for weekend brunch and were thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional—delicious and beautifully presented. What truly stands out, though, is the unique concept: instead of ordering from a menu, the brunch is served in a 'Butler Style' format. Servers circulate with small portions of each dish, allowing guests to sample everything without waste. If a particular dish catches your fancy, you can simply have more the next time it comes around. This approach is brilliant and something we hadn’t encountered before.

Describing La Cave as a "hideaway" is spot-on, given its discreet entrance. Originally in line for the buffet down the hall, we opted for a quicker option and found ourselves pleasantly surprised! We experienced the all-you-can-eat brunch, which features a unique passed butler service. Diners receive their own "butler" who presents various menu items individually, allowing you to choose or pass. The service was impeccable, with staff attentive to our preferences and ensuring we sampled a variety of dishes. Though we all had our own favorite foods, each dish was both delicious and satisfying. Standouts included the ham and egg sandwich and the wings.

We recently visited La Cave for weekend brunch and were truly impressed. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. What really set this experience apart was the unique "Butler Style" service, where servers circulate with small portions of all the dishes so you can taste everything without wasting any food. It was a great concept that we had never seen before and allowed us to try a variety of dishes. Highly recommend checking out La Cave for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

The food at La Cave in Las Vegas was tasty but the portions were quite small, more like bite-sized. We ended up spending $65 per person before tip and still felt hungry when we got home. However, the decor and vibe of the restaurant were fantastic.

La Cave in Las Vegas hosted a fantastic brunch event during SuperBowl Sunday. The restaurant's ambiance was lovely and the service was excellent, with a variety of delicious small plates available. The menu included options like Ube pancakes, French toast, Truffle Mushrooms Grits, Hot Wings, and more. Additionally, there was a bottomless drink package offering tasty cocktails and sangrias. Our server, Erik, provided exceptional service and allowed us to stay past the 90-minute minimum to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, it was a fantastic time for all attendees! #HowAboutThemCHIEFS!!!
