Whenever I'm in Vegas, I make it a point to visit this gem nestled inside the Wynn. The beautiful view overlooking the gardens and the Sphere sets the tone for a delightful experience. Their impressive wine selection features numerous flight options, allowing you to sample a variety of wines before settling on a bottle. The cuisine here is designed for sharing, with the recommendation of two dishes per person being just right. We indulged in crudo and meatballs to start, followed by a trio of meats pizza, Brussels sprouts, and chicken skewers. For our drinks, we each tried different red wine flights and thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere added to the charm of the evening. Whether it’s for a romantic evening, a night out with friends, or a business dinner, this spot never disappoints. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit!

Recently dining at La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in Las Vegas was an unforgettable experience! From the moment of arrival, the cozy and intimate atmosphere captured attention, making it perfect for a romantic evening. The menu showcased an impressive selection of dishes that were both creative and delicious. Starting with the charcuterie board, which was beautifully presented, it paired perfectly with their extensive wine list. The main courses, including filet mignon and sea bass, were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The service stood out, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who offered excellent recommendations and ensured glasses were always filled. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly sets this restaurant apart. La Cave is a hidden gem in Vegas, and a return visit is eagerly anticipated. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience!

La Cave in Las Vegas offers an exceptional atmosphere, and the unique brunch concept is truly impressive. The butler-style service, where dishes are brought around for guests to sample as often as they like, is fantastic. The short rib hash was a standout favorite, and the Ube pancake with cream cheese filling was delightful. The mushroom truffle grits also deserve a mention for their deliciousness. Without a doubt, this is a place worth returning to again and again.

We visited La Cave for weekend brunch and were thoroughly impressed. The food was exceptional—delicious and beautifully presented. What truly stands out, though, is the unique concept: instead of ordering from a menu, the brunch is served in a 'Butler Style' format. Servers circulate with small portions of each dish, allowing guests to sample everything without waste. If a particular dish catches your fancy, you can simply have more the next time it comes around. This approach is brilliant and something we hadn’t encountered before.

Describing La Cave as a "hideaway" is spot-on, given its discreet entrance. Originally in line for the buffet down the hall, we opted for a quicker option and found ourselves pleasantly surprised! We experienced the all-you-can-eat brunch, which features a unique passed butler service. Diners receive their own "butler" who presents various menu items individually, allowing you to choose or pass. The service was impeccable, with staff attentive to our preferences and ensuring we sampled a variety of dishes. Though we all had our own favorite foods, each dish was both delicious and satisfying. Standouts included the ham and egg sandwich and the wings.

It was a great concept that we had never seen before and allowed us to try a variety of dishes. Highly recommend checking out La Cave for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
