Visiting a Michelin-rated Chinese restaurant for the first time was a phenomenal experience. Describing it as amazing doesn’t quite capture the essence—it was beyond words. Each bite was extraordinary, making it the best Chinese cuisine I've tasted. We opted for the Chef's tasting menu with wine pairings, which I can better illustrate with photos. For anyone who values exceptional food, this is a must-try! Instead of choosing individual items, you receive a selection of their finest offerings.

Wing Lei is truly a standout Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. Every aspect, from the exquisite dining room decor to the impeccable service and artfully presented dishes, was executed flawlessly. Having dined here twice, the consistent quality of the cuisine is commendable and essential for an upscale dining experience. The wine list is impressive, and ending the meal with delightful Western desserts was a pleasant surprise. Whether planning a romantic evening or a sophisticated business dinner, this is an ideal spot for those looking to indulge. Although the menu notes that the entire table must partake in the tasting menu, our gracious waiter allowed us to share one tasting menu while also ordering à la carte.

This was my first experience dining at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service and atmosphere were exceptional! While the food was quite good, it didn't fully meet my expectations. The Lemon Chicken, which was more of a Honey Lemon Chicken, had a honey flavor that overshadowed the lemon, and the chicken lacked the tenderness I anticipated. The Fried Jumbo Shrimp with Candied Walnuts, however, were excellent. The Pork Fried Rice was decent but a bit lacking in flavor. A selection of desserts was provided at no extra charge, and they were very enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though in terms of taste preferences, Wazuzu, also located at Wynn/Encore, offers superior food.

We had an outstanding dinner at Wing Lei in Las Vegas! The dining room is lovely and the service is top-notch. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the Peking Duck. This place is highly recommended for special occasions. Also, the little chair for handbags was a delightful touch!

Dining at Wing Lei in Las Vegas is consistently a delightful experience. The service is exemplary, the food always impresses, and the ambiance never fails to be pleasing. While the entire menu is excellent, the peppercorn shrimp and Jidori chicken come highly recommended. The 'Year of the Dragon' cocktail was also sampled, and it was alright. Overall, Wing Lei ranks among the best Chinese restaurants in Vegas, if not the top choice.

I recently dined at Wing Lei in Las Vegas and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very sweet and kind, even surprising me with two complimentary desserts to celebrate my occasion. While the Free range chicken with chili-garlic sauce was a bit ordinary and reminiscent of kung pao chicken from fast food chains, the Alaskan king crab salad was delicious and mouthwatering. Additionally, the cocktail I ordered was very tasty. Overall, I would recommend trying out Wing Lei for a special dining experience.
