Visit WebsiteLocated at Wynn Las Vegas is a world-class dining experience with a beautifully decorated Japanese garden and koi pond. Executive chef, Min Kim, created a culinary experience for his guests to never forget. There are a few rooms in Muzumi, however, one, in particular, stands out. The teppanyaki room is a place guests can enjoy the teppan experience alongside a 90-foot waterfall. Also, the communal grill tables make this dining experience fun and engaging. A couple of the must-try signature dishes are the Toothfish saikyo-yaki and sashimi usuzukuri. If you choose Mizumi, prepare for an incredible outdoor dining experience like no other.

I can’t believe it took me so long to come here! All of the dining options at the Wynn are so fabulous. I love how fresh all of the seafood was here. The menu is so good, it was hard not to just order everything! For how delicious and good quality everything was it was a very great price. The restaurant itself is beautiful as well. My only complaint was that even though we had a reservation we had to wait at the bar for 20 minutes and so did a bunch of other parties who came in around the same time as us. Neither of us are drinkers so it was a little annoying waiting for so long when we didn’t even order drinks. I will definitely be back in the future, I already came back the next night after!

My wife took me to Mizumi for a birthday dinner on a Sunday evening. They have a dress code to enter the restaurant and are strict with it as I saw a few people be turned away for wearing casual shorts and bathing suit gear. We had reservations made for 530 when they opened up and were seated in the beautiful outside area by the waterfall and koi pond. At first look at the menu you see the prices are not cheap, but the food is top quality and the service was amazing. We ordered a few different sushi dishes (Seared Salmon, Seared Yellowtail, and Toro Scallion Roll), waygu dumplings, and a couple of other skewers. The seared sushi dishes only come with four pieces, but they were some of the best sushi that I have ever tasted. I highly recommend trying them. They have top quality Wagyu Beef, but we did not try it due to the $$$$. We ordered a Manhattan and a Margarita, which were infused with a Japanese twist. For dessert we tried a scoop of sorbet, which came with a few berries and a green tea cookie. Overall this was a great dining experience and worth the cost for the quality of food, the excellent service, and the exquisite atmosphere. I highly recommend Mizumi for a date night or special occasion. You won't be disappointed.

Best sushi place ever. The rolls were amazing and many of my friends agreed this was the best sushi we have ever eaten. I will be back to try the other items on the menu. The sushi artist who made my rolls was named Ken and he was so nice and had a great personality. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some delicious sushi.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The views are beautiful and the atmosphere really has a Singapore vibe. I've been here twice and Tom was my server both times. He is friendly, helpful, and great at his job. It also appears all of the other staff are too. Of course, the food is five-star as well. Love me some Mizumi.
