Mizumi | Las Vegas Restaurants

Located at Wynn Las Vegas is a world-class dining experience with a beautifully decorated Japanese garden and koi pond. Executive chef, Min Kim, created a culinary experience for his guests to never forget. There are a few rooms in Muzumi, however, one, in particular, stands out. The teppanyaki room is a place guests can enjoy the teppan experience alongside a 90-foot waterfall. Also, the communal grill tables make this dining experience fun and engaging. A couple of the must-try signature dishes are the Toothfish saikyo-yaki and sashimi usuzukuri. If you choose Mizumi, prepare for an incredible outdoor dining experience like no other.

Mizumi in Las Vegas offers an incredibly creative and imaginative menu, with each dish beautifully presented like a work of art that’s almost too pretty to eat! The atmosphere is equally stunning, particularly the breathtaking view of the falls. For those interested in dining by the falls, there is a minimum purchase requirement of $175 per person. Eating by the window facing the falls offers a truly captivating experience. The waiter, Allan, provided exceptional care, especially with dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free requirements. The chef did a superb job accommodating these needs, making every dish thoroughly enjoyable. Among the many highlights, the Wagyu and Lobster roll was unique; however, the tenderness of the Wagyu slightly overshadowed the lobster. While still delicious, the lobster couldn’t quite compete with the Wagyu’s richness. Their cocktails are not just drinks but beautiful creations, each a work of art in its own right. Overall, the service was phenomenal, making guests feel as if they were treated like royalty. Dining at Mizumi is an experience not to be missed!

I had an amazing dining experience at Mizumi. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of sake, which pairs perfectly with their authentic Japanese cuisine. If you love sashimi, this place is a must-try. I want to give a special shoutout to the manager, Simon. He went out of his way to help me create a special proposal during my visit. His assistance and attention to detail made the moment even more memorable. The staff at Mizumi provided exceptional service and truly made the occasion unforgettable.

The cuisine is top-notch, so be sure to make reservations well in advance – at least a week is usually necessary. My experience at Mizumi was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed our meal so much that we decided to dine there for a second night during our trip to Vegas. Despite some negative reviews I had read, I took a chance and was extremely impressed with the quality of the food. The fish was incredibly fresh, the dishes were flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. I can't stop thinking about the Japanese uni and chirashi! Our server and the rest of the staff were very attentive, even going as far as preparing some of our dishes right at our table. Our server was also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. Highly recommend dining at Mizumi for a top-notch Japanese dining experience.
