An added feature is the lounge, where you can bring a date, meet with friends, or simply hang out, munching on tidbits from a gourmet kitchen available only after the main dining room has closed. All this, and three rare sake types imported from Japan!

Having visited Nobu in Las Vegas on two occasions, I left thoroughly impressed each time. While the cost is undeniable, it's a necessary investment for a top-tier experience. Once you're past that, dining here ranks among the finest I've ever encountered. During my first visit, I indulged in a 9-course chef's tasting menu priced at approximately $300 per person. This was my introduction to their famous Black Cod, which truly deserves its stellar reputation. The flavor and tenderness were exceptional, and I could eat it over and over again. On my second visit, I opted for a 10-course menu, which was about $450 per person. This selection featured some upscale seafood and meats, with the Black Cod making another unforgettable appearance. Honestly, both experiences were similarly remarkable despite the price difference. Even with slightly elevated offerings the second time, the enhancement was marginal in relation to the cost. The ambiance and professionalism at Nobu set a high benchmark for an enjoyable dining experience. I captured almost all of my dishes from the chef's menu in photographs—enjoy the visual feast!

Visited to celebrate a friend's birthday and sampled a variety of shared plates. The experience was pleasant, though somewhat let down by the fact that, despite the high prices, much of the fish was not wild. On the plus side, the martinis were outstanding, the oysters were satisfying, and the tuna appetizer was delightful. However, considering the cost, it didn’t quite meet expectations—there are many nearby places offering better sushi and seafood for more reasonable prices. It was an experience, but not one I would hurry to have again.

Nobu Las Vegas truly lives up to its reputation, offering an exceptional ambiance and impeccable service. The sophisticated and modern interiors, combined with attentive staff, create a refined and inviting dining experience. The dishes sampled included: 1. Crispy Rice with Avocado – The star of the evening! This dish was refreshingly flavorful and perfectly balanced. A must-try. 2. Mushroom Tacos – Though beautifully presented, these were quite small and could have used a bit more flavor. 3. Mushroom Toben Yaki – Served sizzling hot, this dish was rich and delicious, making it a standout. 4. Miso Eggplant – Slightly sweet and flavorful, though it might be an acquired taste for some. 5. Drinks – Refreshing and well-crafted, they complemented the meal nicely. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though the food could have offered more variety and depth of flavors, considering Nobu’s renowned reputation. Nevertheless, the outstanding service and ambiance make it worth a visit.

Dining at Nobu Las Vegas was a culinary experience that surpassed all expectations. As a vegetarian dining with friends who adore sushi, initial apprehensions soon turned into delight as the chef at Nobu crafted a unique and exquisite experience tailored precisely for a vegetarian diner. From the moment we entered, the ambiance was both elegant and welcoming, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. The coconut dessert, in particular, is a must-try; its presentation and taste were simply exquisite. The chef's attention to detail and creativity in preparing vegetarian dishes was nothing short of extraordinary. Each course was a delightful surprise, showcasing the finest ingredients and innovative techniques. The flavors were vibrant and well-balanced, with dishes like the vegetable tempura and the tofu with truffle sauce leaving a lasting impression. The presentation was artful, making each plate a feast for both the eyes and the palate. What truly stood out was the staff's commitment to ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest, regardless of dietary preferences. Their knowledge and passion for the menu were evident, and they went above and beyond to accommodate vegetarian needs without any compromise on taste or quality. Vegetarians are strongly encouraged to visit Nobu Las Vegas. The restaurant not only meets but exceeds expectations, offering a customized dining experience that celebrates vegetarian cuisine with the same dedication and finesse as its renowned sushi offerings.

Holy wow. Expensive. But for the most part, everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. We stopped by for a quick bite before heading to a show. Parking at Caesars Palace will likely cost up to $25 unless you have hotel perks, though it might be less depending on the day and the amount of time spent there. We tried out just a few items, with the lobster tacos being the standout. They come in pairs, and you can choose your preferred protein from a short list. We sampled some sushi, but since we didn’t order much, there wasn’t a wow factor. The rock shrimp tempura was also a highlight; it had a different flavor than expected but was still delicious, crispy, and piping hot. They offer a fixed menu that seemed interesting, though it was over $200 per person, and time was limited. It’s definitely worth trying once and then telling everyone you’ve been.

Our table was just the right size and in a great location. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. I only wish we could dine here more often!
