Nobu Las Vegas truly lives up to its reputation, offering an exceptional ambiance and impeccable service. The sophisticated and modern interiors, combined with attentive staff, create a refined and inviting dining experience. The dishes sampled included: 1. Crispy Rice with Avocado – The star of the evening! This dish was refreshingly flavorful and perfectly balanced. A must-try. 2. Mushroom Tacos – Though beautifully presented, these were quite small and could have used a bit more flavor. 3. Mushroom Toben Yaki – Served sizzling hot, this dish was rich and delicious, making it a standout. 4. Miso Eggplant – Slightly sweet and flavorful, though it might be an acquired taste for some. 5. Drinks – Refreshing and well-crafted, they complemented the meal nicely. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though the food could have offered more variety and depth of flavors, considering Nobu’s renowned reputation. Nevertheless, the outstanding service and ambiance make it worth a visit.

Dining at Nobu Las Vegas was a culinary experience that surpassed all expectations. As a vegetarian dining with friends who adore sushi, initial apprehensions soon turned into delight as the chef at Nobu crafted a unique and exquisite experience tailored precisely for a vegetarian diner. From the moment we entered, the ambiance was both elegant and welcoming, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. The coconut dessert, in particular, is a must-try; its presentation and taste were simply exquisite. The chef's attention to detail and creativity in preparing vegetarian dishes was nothing short of extraordinary. Each course was a delightful surprise, showcasing the finest ingredients and innovative techniques. The flavors were vibrant and well-balanced, with dishes like the vegetable tempura and the tofu with truffle sauce leaving a lasting impression. The presentation was artful, making each plate a feast for both the eyes and the palate. What truly stood out was the staff's commitment to ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest, regardless of dietary preferences. Their knowledge and passion for the menu were evident, and they went above and beyond to accommodate vegetarian needs without any compromise on taste or quality. Vegetarians are strongly encouraged to visit Nobu Las Vegas. The restaurant not only meets but exceeds expectations, offering a customized dining experience that celebrates vegetarian cuisine with the same dedication and finesse as its renowned sushi offerings.

Holy wow. Expensive. But for the most part, everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. We stopped by for a quick bite before heading to a show. Parking at Caesars Palace will likely cost up to $25 unless you have hotel perks, though it might be less depending on the day and the amount of time spent there. We tried out just a few items, with the lobster tacos being the standout. They come in pairs, and you can choose your preferred protein from a short list. We sampled some sushi, but since we didn’t order much, there wasn’t a wow factor. The rock shrimp tempura was also a highlight; it had a different flavor than expected but was still delicious, crispy, and piping hot. They offer a fixed menu that seemed interesting, though it was over $200 per person, and time was limited. It’s definitely worth trying once and then telling everyone you’ve been.

My partner and I had never been to Nobu before, but we knew we had to try it. Caesars Nobu exceeded our expectations in every way, from the impeccable service to the delicious food and beautiful ambiance. We made reservations through OpenTable several weeks in advance, as we had heard they fill up quickly. I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you get the time slot you want. Upon arrival, we enjoyed a drink at the bar before being seated. The staff was professional and attentive throughout the entire evening, which added to the overall experience. While we were informed that sushi wasn't their specialty, we decided to try it anyway and were pleasantly surprised. Every dish we tried was exceptional and full of flavor. The Wagyu tacos were a standout, despite the higher price tag. The Crispy Spicy Tuna and Miso Cod were also delicious and lived up to their reputation as signature dishes. Overall, our dinner at Nobu was a special and romantic experience. We enjoyed dressing up and indulging in the over-the-top dining experience. Thank you to the Nobu staff for making our evening memorable. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Vegas and Caesars. Looking forward to returning soon.

Nobu in Las Vegas is a top-notch dining experience that truly impresses. The food is exceptional, earning a full 5 out of 5 rating. Each dish is a hit, served quickly while maintaining excellent quality and flavor. The service is just as outstanding. The server took the time to explain each dish thoroughly, enhancing our overall dining experience. It's evident that the staff is well-trained and genuinely cares about the guests. The atmosphere at Nobu is sophisticated and welcoming, typical of a high-end restaurant in Caesars Palace. While it received a 5 out of 5 rating from me, some guests found the dim lighting to be a bit of a challenge when reading the menu. The check-in process was the only hiccup, feeling chaotic and disorganized. A smoother start would have improved the overall tone of the evening. Despite these minor issues, Nobu is still a must-visit spot for excellent Japanese cuisine in Vegas. Don't miss out!
