My party arrived for dinner at Nobu in Las Vegas without a reservation. We were able to secure a table for two at 7:30pm, which we agreed to. The black cod with miso was a standout dish, as it seemed to be a popular choice among other diners. I particularly enjoyed pairing it with rice. We also tried the rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce, which was pleasant, and ordered four sushi cups. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
