The cost of dining was $108 per person, which was surprising since I expected it to be under $80. The seafood offerings were impressive. While the prime rib unfortunately fell short of expectations by being dry, the smoked brisket was truly delightful. Sadly, the carne asada tacos didn’t meet the mark. The Asian section was decent but could have been better; however, standout dishes included the pork lumpia, pork dumplings, and bang bang shrimp. On the downside, the crab wontons were tough and chewy, and the beef fried rice was overly dry and hard. The Kalbi Ribs were especially disappointing due to their extremely chewy texture. On a positive note, the desserts were fantastic. For ube enthusiasts, the Ube Cheesecake is a must-try, along with the crème brûlée, lychee panna cotta, and the diverse selection of ice creams. Be sure to also sample the seafood basket—its shrimp tempura was crisp and flavorful.

Let me start by saying that this buffet may be a bit overrated. We had reservations for 8 o'clock, but arriving early didn't really help. Diamond rewards members were seated before us, and when we asked the hostess about the point of making reservations, we were told it simply secures your spot in line. So, making a reservation might not be necessary; you can just visit between 6 PM and 9 PM to get in. Once seated, you'll have 90 minutes to eat, which is actually plenty of time. If you're a fan of seafood like crab legs or lobster claws, be prepared to crack them open yourself. Your server will have a seafood cracker in their apron, so be sure to ask for it. The crab legs were more salty than flavorful. Overall, the food was okay, but nothing was particularly outstanding, including the desserts. It's an experience to try once, but probably not a place I'd return to. 😒

Our group of four made reservations for Christmas Day at Bacchanal Buffet in Las Vegas. Despite having reservations, there was still a line, but it moved quicker than the line for those without reservations. The buffet was certainly on the pricey side due to the holiday, but the food selection was exceptional. There was so much to choose from that I didn't even get to one entire section, as I wanted to save room for dessert. The crab legs were absolutely fantastic. While the food wasn't particularly hot, it was pleasantly warm, which is to be expected at a buffet. Despite being quite crowded, the cooks did an admirable job keeping pace with the demand. Service, however, was lacking. Our server took our drink order, eventually brought the drinks, and then disappeared until the very end of our meal.

I absolutely love seafood, so I decided to give Bacchanal Buffet a try, and it did not disappoint! The buffet is enormous, offering such a vast array of foods that it's impossible to count them all. The seafood section alone boasts crab legs, lobster claws, shrimp, cooked oysters, mussels, clams, escargot, and more. Beyond seafood, there's mouth-watering brisket, prime rib, tri-tip, and a plethora of other options that I couldn't even sample due to sheer volume. Yes, it's pricey at $85 plus tax per person, but when you consider that nearby fish and chips are $36, you definitely get your money's worth here. The service was impeccable, and with a reservation at 3:30 PM, we walked right in without it being overly crowded; it tends to get busier around 5 PM. A quick note for those with dietary restrictions: vegetarian and vegan options are limited, so keep that in mind if you or someone in your party has those preferences.

I visited Bacchanal Buffet to celebrate a birthday, and I must say, it truly deserves its reputation as the best buffet in Las Vegas, if not the world 🤯. It's definitely worth both the price and the wait time. Reservations are recommended, but be prepared for a possible wait even with one. The buffet boasts an impressive variety of food from different cuisines, as well as an array of desserts. Parking is available at Caesar’s Palace, and it seems that complimentary parking might be included after dining, as I don't recall having to pay for it. Diners are given 90 minutes to enjoy their meal, but if it's not particularly busy, the staff might allow for a bit of extra time. Remember to only take what you can finish, as taking food to go is not permitted. There's an option to tip either at the counter when paying or at the table, which might seem unusual, but the experience was well worth it so a tip was left at the table. Drinks are a separate cost, although soft drinks are included with your meal and come with free refills. Additionally, some beverages are conveniently set up near the Mexican food section.

Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas is a renowned spot for a reason. Although the wait can be long without a reservation, it is well worth it. The seafood selection was impressive, with stone crab, king crab legs, clams, lobster, and shrimp that were all fresh and beautifully presented. Other highlights included flavorful ramen broth and rich bone marrow. The steak and Mexican station were also top-notch. Save room for dessert, as the selection is incredible. We had a wonderful experience and plan to return with our family soon. Highly recommend making a reservation before heading to Bacchanal Buffet.
