Santana was fantastic. VIP tables are the way to go rather than standing room. Read all the fine print. Tables are sold as a package for 2 or 4, and some include dinner and some a bottle of wine. You get a badge. However, since it is a couple, you only get one pin and bag souvenir per couple! My bad. I went with my brother and he paid me for his ticket but we could only get the one. Also, we did not drink wine, and I didn't realize we didn't have to get it. There was no one to even give it to, so yeah, 50.00 or so extra. However, our waitress was sweet about it and even brought us a little box of sweets. I don't even feel too bad. The band was worth it! I would go here again. It is small enough to see well with high energy and NO smoke. Well done.

Service is terrible. First drink came quickly. Nice lady asked if she could close us out because her shift was leaving. Was handing off to Tracy who didn't want to take our order who while serving those right next to us. She later passed us off to Adrian who took 30 minutes to ask us for your order. When asked if this is the norm for service, she told us to leave a review online which I obliged to do.

Went to see PhoenixFriday nightThe best time I've had in three yearsThank you so much for presenting themAnd your wonderful Club MadridPlease keep them coming backThere are a lot of people that miss that band in Las VegasI saw people I haven't seen in five years thereAnd everybody was having a marvelous timePlease have them come back to your VenueWe need them in Las VegasAgain thank you from the bottom of my heartPhoenix Phoenix Phoenix

A lot of choices. Was there at end of December 2023. But… Crab legs : very salty Lobster claws: wasn’t good at all! By the taste, you know it’s frozen lobster. Tasted like water and very chewy. The food is in general salty and with a lot of garlic. Service at the table 200% excellent. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that a person was able to skip the line with no reservation by giving in the hostess hand some money. I was disappointed to see that a renowned institution like Caesar’s Palace accepted to be bribe with money. And for myself, the same hostess told me to get online to make my reservation! Which I did and the next thing she does it to put someone who bribe her right before me in the lineup.

This was a fun place to go with family and friends. Make sure to check the height on the rides to ensure you will be able to get on. The pizza was okay, the nachos were better.
