Stanton Social Prime

Our experience at a renowned Vegas steakhouse was underwhelming. We had high hopes for the much-talked-about tomahawk steak, especially with its dramatic presentation, where it was served tableside, hanging on the bone, and set aflame. Despite the impressive visuals, our anticipation soon turned to disappointment. The tomahawk steak, ordered medium rare, wasn’t cooked to our preference, arriving slightly overdone. The accompanying prime rib was another letdown—overcooked, unexpectedly sweet, and dry. Considering the steep pricing, we expected a level of quality that simply wasn’t met. Even with a reservation, we waited almost half an hour to be seated and another 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The service throughout was slow and inattentive; our server was rarely around, and after our main course, we spent over 15 minutes with empty plates, which led us to abandon the idea of ordering dessert. While the ambiance was gorgeous and fitting for a high-end Vegas dining establishment, the long waits, inattentive service, and inconsistent quality left us feeling disappointed and questioning the value of the price tag.

I had the pleasure of dining at Stanton Social Prime in Las Vegas today. Having had a late lunch and not feeling too hungry, I initially planned to keep it light. However, I've always been curious about this spot at Caesars Palace, so I decided to give it a try. I sampled the mushroom tacos, and they were incredible! I also indulged in the Strawberry Blond milkshake, which was as fantastic as promised—definitely a house special. The milkshake was entirely edible and perfectly chilled, just the way I like it. Looking forward to my next visit, I'm eager to explore their meat offerings, which I expect to be exceptional. Steve provided excellent service, giving insightful menu explanations and ensuring a wonderful experience. I'm definitely returning to explore their seafood and lamb dishes!

I absolutely loved Stanton Social Prime! This was my first time visiting, and the bartender, Phil, was outstanding. He crafted some excellent Eagle Rare old fashions for me. I decided to indulge and tried a variety of items from the menu. The tuna tacos were incredible— the contrast between the crispy shell and the tender tuna was a delightful surprise. The asparagus also caught me off guard; finally, a restaurant that knows how to remove the tough parts, leaving only the perfectly tender pieces. The Philly slider was delicious, albeit a bit salty, but still so satisfying. I usually don't order fries, but these were just perfect!

Best food and service I've experienced in Las Vegas. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that empty plates and glasses were swiftly cleared. The food was absolutely incredible, especially the French onion soup dumplings—they are unforgettable! The atmosphere was relaxed and romantic, and the venue itself is beautiful. The steak comes highly recommended. Our server, Elijah, was wonderful, offering valuable insights into the menu and top-notch recommendations. The Caesar salad was also delicious!

The smoked butter charcuterie board was a savory assortment that perfectly set the stage for the main courses. The steak frites were cooked to perfection—tender and juicy—while the wagyu was simply exquisite, offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience that highlighted the quality of the meat. The sommelier's recommendation of a nice Cabernet Sauvignon to pair with the meal was spot on, enhancing the flavors of the dishes and elevating the overall experience. For dessert, the strawberry milkshake stood out as a rich, creamy, and delightful treat, a perfect ending to a fantastic meal in this beautiful place. Stanton Social Prime excels in both its culinary offerings and attentive service, making it a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining and exceptional meats and wines.

My experience at Stanton Social Prime in Las Vegas was not the best. The service was extremely slow, despite having reservations for 8 o'clock it took 45 minutes to get our drinks. The food combinations were unique but some were not to our liking and there were also some mistakes with our orders. The corndog crab cakes were a miss for us. The wine list had incorrect years listed and the excuse of "it's a new year" in February didn't sit well with us. The meat was good but overly salty and the oysters were also too salty and left uneaten. Overall, I wouldn't choose to dine here again.
