Magical experience at Milos. We flew 17 hours from Singapore to Las Vegas Milos is one of our must go restaurants each time we visit this city. From the staff to the quality of the food , 100% . Thank you Milos for making it memorable. The new location of the restaurant is beautifulš. Amelia

The heat is on at HEAT where things are really heating up and cooking because this place is the newest addition to an ever-growing list of places that are too hot to handle because the are on fire and ready to deliver on that promise of exceptionally fun times and red hot experiences for everyone that visits this location and enjoys themselves to the absolute hottest, fullest extent possible. Elevate your level of enjoyment until you are no longer able to measure it, and you have to just go with the flow and keep enjoying and delighting in the heat of the moment, where everything comes into play and nothing is out of the question because it's all on fire at HEAT. Ask yourself, is this really for you? Of course it is! I was skeptical at first, just like you and your friends, but then they turned up the heat to maximum and everyone got burned, and now there's no going back because you have succumbed to the intensity of the moment at HEAT. Boom! Roasted!

Preface: Husband and I travel heavily and own a restaurant and wine bar. We are true foodies and come to Vegas 5-6 times a year. We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant, and Iām surprised only 4.0 review! We easily made a reservation for December 26th, so a bit of an odd time - the restaurant wasnāt busy. We were seated promptly and we were greeted by our favorite waiter of the trip - Brittany. Sheās a GEM and you should request her if possible. This is the PERFECT ādifferentā type of steakhouse. If you are tired of the traditional steakhouse, give this a go. Brittany helped us through the menu, brought the Somm over to help us pick a wine. The Sommās name was MJ (I think!) and she was also great! Just two of us - we ordered: Smoked butter and bread - 3/5. This was fine. The presentation is pretty. Bread is chewy and crunchy. Too much butter for amount of bread. Standard bread. Shrimp cocktail - 4.5/5. Standard shrimp cocktail executed well. Cocktail wasnāt super spicy which I liked. French onion soup dumplings - 5/5. These were great!! Be careful as they are VERY hot. Enjoyed a different sort of app. Pink Peppercorn Filet - 5/5. Cooked perfectly medium rare, sauce was good. We split this. They pre-cut for you. Loaded PureĆ© - 4.5/5. This was really nice take on mashed potatoes. A little runnier than expected but flavor was great. Super cheesy. Super crunchy bacon. Key Lime Pie - 3.5/5. I LOVE key lime pie. Thereās too much merengue on this. The merengue tastes great, but thereās just not enough key lime filling. Needs to be 50/50 and itād be perfect. Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie - 5/5. This was terrific, and Iām not a huge chocolate person - husband is. Iād order this again. Yes, we ordered two desserts and knew how huge they were - donāt judge.
