What I Disliked

We were excited to try out Hell's Kitchen. Having watched Gordon Ramsay's shows for years, visiting one of his restaurants seemed like a fun idea. Our starters were really good. The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the lobster risotto was rich but very tasty. The beef Wellington was decent, though the crust could have been crispier as it was soggy on top. Ordered medium rare, it leaned more towards the rare side. The lamb, unfortunately, was overcooked and the accompanying sauce completely overpowered the dish. On a better note, the side of mushrooms was absolutely delicious. As for the sticky toffee pudding, it was good but not exceptional.

What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

I've long admired Gordon Ramsay and his shows, so visiting one of his restaurants was a dream come true. Booking a Sunday lunch online proved to be quite simple. The ambiance was inviting, and the waitstaff were exceptionally attentive, frequently checking in on our dining experience and ensuring our waters were always topped up. Opting for the prix fixe menu with an additional salmon entrée, we were pleased with the seared scallops, which were executed perfectly. The dish I was most eager to try, the beef Wellington, fell slightly short of expectations. While the beef itself was cooked beautifully, the crust lacked the anticipated flakiness and was somewhat flat, and the accompanying sauce didn't quite make the mark. Contrastingly, the crispy salmon was a standout. The fish paired exquisitely with the sauce, complemented by asparagus, mushrooms, and grains. Everything on the plate harmonized wonderfully, making it possibly one of the best grilled salmon dishes we've had—earning a solid 8/10. For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding was delightfully moist with just the right level of sweetness. Although the toffee pudding and ice cream were delightful, the caramel sauce underneath leaned a bit too sweet for our taste, though we recognize taste preferences can vary. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Hell's Kitchen and continue to be big fans of Gordon Ramsay's culinary creations.

Our dining experience at Hell's Kitchen was truly outstanding. As a fan of Gordon Ramsay, I had high expectations which were not only met, but exceeded. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The scallops were cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with the pea purée. Although the Beef Wellington was slightly under medium-rare, it was still tender and flavorful. The standout dish for me was the sticky toffee pudding, with its delicious cinnamon flavor complemented by the ice cream. Our server went above and beyond, even treating us to an extra dessert. Overall, Hell's Kitchen is a fantastic restaurant with exceptional service and food. A definite must-visit if you find yourself in Vegas.

Our dining experience at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas was truly amazing. The restaurant had a great vibe and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food exceeded our expectations, with the standout dish being the lobster risotto which is a must-try. While the oven-roasted octopus was a bit chewy and the potatoes were slightly dry, the sauce had a nice hint of spice. The beef Wellington for the main course was delicious, with tender meat that paired perfectly with the creamy mashed potatoes and flavorful sauce. The only slight downside was that the toffee pudding was a tad too sweet.

My experience at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas was absolutely amazing. It was one of the best experiences we had while in Vegas. The waitress was fantastic and even surprised us with a delicious sticky toffee pudding, which was definitely the highlight of the meal. The food was fantastic overall, but I'm not convinced that paying extra for window seating is necessary.
