QUALITY BREW AND BITES Adjacent to the ZEN restaurant, there's a cozy spot offering coffee and some breakfast treats, primarily sweets, with a ham and cheese croissant on the menu. The café latte was skillfully crafted and delicious, leaving no room for disappointment. The ham and cheese croissant was satisfactory as well. Prices are on the higher side, but overall, it was a decent visit.

Zen Kitchen in Las Vegas offers a wonderfully serene dining experience paired with beautiful views. The service is outstanding, with staff members like Juan and Saul being both attentive and helpful. The cuisine is exceptional, with dishes that are expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The Vitamin D detox juice is especially delicious.

Wow!!! The food served at Zen Kitchen should come with a warning: Dangerously Delicious!!! Tried a good portion of the menu because why venture elsewhere? The ribeye here is unbelievably tender, easily pulled apart with a fork, and perfectly seasoned. Normally prefer my steaks without sauce, but their's is good—though it's even better plain. The salad and wagyu rice are standout favorites. The sushi has set a new standard, making it difficult to enjoy elsewhere. Even if you're not a cheesecake fan, you should give it a try—it's absolutely delightful. Breakfast here is heavenly, especially the chicken and waffles; they're well-seasoned and wonderfully fluffy. The pancakes might just make you burst into song. Don't miss the detox juice for an amazing boost. The service is fantastic, with all the waitstaff being exceptional. A huge thank you to everyone. And to the chefs, if circumstances were different... 😉 Seriously, you're incredible!!!

Zen Kitchen in Las Vegas offers an amazing VEGAN menu alongside great options for omnivores! Even though I got my order to go, I could tell the atmosphere is lovely. I wish I could give them more stars. The espresso is damn fine as well. Don't miss out!

What I Disliked

Visited Zen Kitchen for both dinner and breakfast. As the only full-service restaurant at WA, the service was predictably impeccable, but the food left much to be desired. For dinner, the wagyu strip arrived with the correct color and temperature, yet it lacked flavor. Although some herbs were present, they didn't enhance the taste of the meat. The maitake mushrooms with teriyaki sauce were overly sweet and didn't complement the steak at all. On a positive note, the Malbec wine and dessert were delightful, and the sashimi plate was decent, though expectations were higher given the setting. The breakfast experience mirrored dinner. The steak and eggs were poorly plated and unappealing. Once again, the wagyu beef was bland and remained flavorless despite attempts to season it. Perhaps this is Zen Kitchen's approach to allow the ingredients' natural qualities to shine, but it didn't translate well in this case. Nonetheless, the Chino Valley eggs stood out with vividly colored yolks and rich flavor.

During our two-night stay at the hotel, we dined at Zen Kitchen for all of our meals. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pastries, especially the plain croissant, were surprisingly large and delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
