The service is exceptional, and the cocktails are expertly crafted👌🏻. A nice touch is the complimentary popcorn served with drinks. Post-movie dining at the Hotel Bar in the Waldorf Astoria. Got seated quickly at a window-side table, which conveniently had a floor plug—perfect for charging a phone. Ordered the $21 Spanish Trail, which lived up to its descriptive name with citrus foam and a juicy tart flavor, though the black salt was hardly noticeable. With the kitchen about to close (90 minutes before closing time), promptly chose the $24 Giant Mozzarella Stick, driven mainly by curiosity. In the meantime, the server offered light snacks: tasty popcorn and Terra chips. The mozzarella stick was garnished with cherry tomatoes, cheese, and spicy peppers, served with an excessive amount of marinara sauce. The cheese had a decent stretch and the breading was satisfactorily crispy. Managed to get one last drink before the bar shut down (an hour before closing), the $22 Block 16. It was very pineapple-forward, more tart than sweet, but provided a pleasant buzz. Value: Cocktail prices are on par with other high-end Strip bars; the alcohol content and creativity are a notch above average. The Giant Mozzarella Stick felt more like a novelty and didn't offer great value. Atmosphere: The Hotel Bar in the Waldorf seems to occupy the former Twist space. The view from the window was spectacular, though the lighting was a tad too bright. The furniture was modern and stylish. Service: Exceptionally friendly.

SkyBar in Las Vegas is truly a hidden gem right in the heart of the Strip. We visited late on a Sunday night and were warmly greeted by the staff. Although the kitchen was closed, they provided us with complimentary snacks. The mixologists at SkyBar are truly exceptional - every cocktail we tried was expertly balanced and delicious. And let's not forget about the view! The Strip looks stunning from this unique vantage point. SkyBar is the ideal spot for a romantic evening - cozy, quiet, and simply perfect.

SkyBar in Las Vegas offers a stunning view of the strip. The staff was very helpful in getting our kitchen order ready quickly as we had a flight to catch later that evening. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was fresh and tasty, and we look forward to trying more menu items on our next visit. The cocktails were also delicious. Just note that the bar is located on the 23rd floor of the Waldorf hotel behind Aria, so it may take a bit of asking to find it.

The views of the Las Vegas strip from SkyBar are stunning from three different angles. While the cocktails may be on the pricier side, they are definitely worth it as they are well-made and strong. The service was attentive and friendly, without being overwhelming. I highly recommend visiting SkyBar if you find yourself in Las Vegas.
