Visit WebsiteBrioche is a great place to start your day or take a break at mid-day or midnight. Hot drinks include everything from house blend coffee to espresso, tea, and hot cocoa. For something a little more adventurous, try washing down your snack with a glass of champagne or a cold brew. And the snacks are wonderful to behold. Fluffy French pastries, sweet or savory, stuffed with mushrooms and Parmesan or peanut butter and jelly (just two of the choices!). Cookies, and croissants and muffins, oh my! This place is definitely worth a “Oui! Oui!.”

Brioche by Guy Savoy is a fantastic coffee shop located in Ceasars Palace Casino. I recently tried their Vanilla Latte and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Ceasars Palace, for providing such a wonderful dining experience.

A recent visit to Brioche by Guy Savoy in Las Vegas left me feeling underwhelmed. I ordered 2 chocolate croissants, 1 plain croissant, and an espresso, which came to a total of $37 USD. The croissants were nothing special and the espresso was decent, but not worth the price. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this bakery.

What I Disliked
I don't understand the hype surrounding Brioche by Guy Savoy. The service we received was exceptionally rude, and the $9 cinnamon brioche I purchased was underwhelming. I had anticipated a superior pastry from a renowned chef like Savoy, but sadly, it did not meet my expectations. While it wasn't terrible, it certainly wasn't anything to write home about. It seems the high price is more reflective of the location and Savoy's reputation rather than the food or service quality.

2 chocolate, 1 plain croissant and an espresso cost $37 USD! The croissants were just average and the espresso was pretty good but not for that price. Disappointing and would definitely not recommend.
