What I Liked Most
What I Disliked
The atmosphere at MR CHOW in Las Vegas is truly top-notch, making it one of the most beautiful and entertaining restaurants in the city. The kinetic chandelier is a standout feature—silently graceful and undeniably unique. Be sure to check out the view of the Caesars garden and pool from the balcony behind the bar; it's worth a look. However, the food is quite average, with small portions that come at very high prices. On a positive note, the service is commendable, with professional and attentive wait staff. Despite this being a return visit, it's likely to be the last. $250 for a meal for two, with no leftovers, just doesn't seem worth it.

What I Disliked
MR CHOW in Las Vegas left quite a bit to be desired. The portions were disappointingly small and the dishes themselves rather basic. Spending $100 on just two appetizers and three waters felt steep. A much better option is the Beijing Noodle downstairs—it's about 25% of the price of MR CHOW and you get at least 50% more food. The MR CHOW noodles in particular were underwhelming. The service was rather confusing, with different people attending the table every couple of minutes. It was difficult to identify who our server was from beginning to end. Overall, not the best experience.

The ambiance at MR CHOW is truly exceptional, making it one of the most stunning and enjoyable dining spots in the city. The kinetic chandelier is a particularly cool feature, adding a unique touch of grace to the space. Be sure to take a moment to admire the view of the Caesars garden and pool from the balcony behind the bar. While the service is top-notch with attentive and professional wait staff, the food falls short in terms of portion size and high prices. Although this was my second visit, it's unlikely that I'll return given the lack of value in a $250 meal for two without leftovers.

What I Disliked
While Mr. Chow in Las Vegas was not the standout location, the food was decent. We tend to stick to our usual order no matter which location we visit: chicken satay, shrimp fried rice, fiery beef, walnut shrimp, vermicelli with lobster, and a lychee martini.

Mr. Chow in Las Vegas was the destination for our dinner outing. We started with Chicken Satay and vegetarian potstickers as appetizers. The chicken satay was a favorite, but the vegetarian potstickers didn't quite hit the mark for me. The ambiance was decent, although a bit bright for dinner, and the restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived for our reservation. It took a bit of effort to find the restaurant within Caesars Palace, but we made it in time for dinner. For our main courses, we chose the seabass with steamed rice and the Gambler Duckling with sautéed string beans. The food was delicious with no complaints, and the service was attentive. While I may consider returning in the future, I wouldn't rush back with so many other dining options available on the Strip. The prices are on the higher side, but the portions are generous, so be prepared for leftovers or consider sharing if you're just visiting.

I found this location of Mr. Chow in Las Vegas to be average. The food was decent, but there wasn't anything particularly special about it. We stuck to our usual order of chicken satay, shrimp fried rice, fiery beef, walnut shrimp, vermicelli with lobster, and enjoyed a lychee martini.
