Visited for a special occasion dinner. With a reservation made in advance, the table was warmly decorated with a "Happy Birthday" sign, which was a thoughtful touch. The food was delicious, though I've experienced similar quality at a lower cost elsewhere. The soft shell crab sushi was a standout dish. The Mochi Ice Cream Dessert was also delightful. Our server was excellent, taking the time to explain each dish and offering thoughtful recommendations and pairings. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, but I might not return to this location in the future.

**Consider Other Locations** I recently visited Nobu at the Virgin Hotel. The food, as expected from Nobu, was of good quality, but it didn't quite reach the heights one would associate with a Michelin star reputation. The dishes were well-prepared, but they missed the "wow" factor that makes such meals special. The service was agreeable, though it became apparent that my server was still undergoing training. Given the meal's price tag of over $500, this was less than ideal; one would anticipate a seasoned professional in such a setting. Ideally, training should be conducted during less busy times to uphold the high standards synonymous with Nobu. Regrettably, the most significant letdown was the venue itself. The Virgin Hotel doesn’t exude the luxury one would expect from a Nobu establishment. The atmosphere felt mismatched and more dreary than vibrant, detracting from what should be an exceptional dining experience. For those who enjoy Nobu, I recommend opting for the location at MGM Caesar’s. The ambiance there is far more lively and in sync with the upscale dining experience that Nobu is known for.

Jeffrey, our waiter, was flawless! His exceptional service covered every detail of our dining experience, including the special birthday treat with the cherry blossom dessert. The food was outstanding, especially the shishito peppers, which come with a thrilling chance of heat—1 out of 7 is spicy. I was lucky enough to stop at 6, while my companion hit the jackpot twice with their zesty heat. Although my companion isn't normally a fan of sushi or seafood, the beef Toban Yaki won them over completely. The sashimi platter and toro carpaccio with truffle mushrooms were divine, especially when paired with traditional sake served in a bamboo square cup. I was in absolute bliss. A special mention goes to the chefs, our delightful busboy Andrew, and Farzaad, the assistant manager, who generously comped the birthday dessert. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable experience, and we will definitely be returning monthly!

Our waiter at Nobu, Jeffrey, was exceptional and took care of every aspect of our dining experience. The birthday love he showed with the cherry blossom dessert was a nice touch. The food was outstanding, especially the shishito peppers. They were perfectly spicy, with a fun twist in guessing which one was the hot pepper. My partner, who isn't a big fan of sushi or seafood, was impressed with the beef Tobin Yaki. The sashimi platter and toro carpaccio with truffle mushrooms were delicious, especially when paired with traditional sake. The chefs, Andrew our busboy, and Farzaad our assistant manager also added to the enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning to Nobu on a monthly basis.

Nobu in Las Vegas is not the best choice for a romantic evening. The service leaves much to be desired, with servers appearing disorganized and inattentive. Dishes were brought out in the wrong order, some were forgotten altogether, and there were discrepancies on the bill. I felt like I was overcharged for items that were never served. The food quality was lacking and the prices were on the higher side. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.
