I recently visited The Oyster Bar at Santa Fe Station and was so impressed that I decided to return and try another dish. This time, I ordered the House Etouffée at a 5-heat level and it was perfect. While I enjoyed this dish, I am considering trying the gumbo next time because I love okra. Regardless, I highly recommend this place to everyone. I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while but have always been deterred by the long wait times. Luckily, on my recent visit, we were seated right away as the restaurant was not very busy. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke in the casino, which affected my dining experience. We ordered the 1/2 Dozen Gulf Oysters on the Half Shell, Warm Sourdough Bread Basket and Butter, Cup of New England Clam Chowder, House Gumbo, and Lobster Pan Roast. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the House Gumbo was especially delicious. The service from our server, Ruth, and the rest of the staff was excellent. Considering the quality and quantity of food, the prices were reasonable. Overall, I had a great experience at The Oyster Bar at Santa Fe Station and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal.
Parasol Down is a charming cocktail bar nestled in the Wynn, offering a relaxing atmosphere right by the Lake of Dreams. The Parisian-style parasols floating above create a serene ambiance. While the service could use some improvement, the margaritas served here are absolutely delicious. It's definitely worth stopping by for a cocktail.

Whether you're staying at the hotel or just visiting, the ease of walking down from your room to this luxurious shopping paradise is a major plus. For added entertainment, discounted tickets to Cirque Du Soleil shows can be found at the Shoppes, providing a fantastic performance to complement your visit. Overall, the Grand Canal Shoppes offers more than just shopping - it's a perfect blend of luxury, dining, and entertainment all wrapped up in a stunning Italian-themed package. A must-visit destination on the Vegas Strip for those seeking a truly memorable experience.
The front house crew at Nobu in Las Vegas, including Max, Max, Devin, and Kelvin, were absolute rock stars. They definitely know how to get a party started! I highly recommend their service and will definitely be coming back for more.
In search of affordable yet authentic food in Las Vegas, I came across Jaburritos. Not being a fan of burgers or pizzas, the concept of sushi-burritos intrigued me. I decided to try their poke bowls (Acapulco and Redondo) and it turned out to be the best meal of my trip! The bowls were a great size, the recipes were amazing, and I appreciated that the bowls were made from compostable paper. 10/10 would recommend!
Visited Center Bar at NYNY during my trip to Las Vegas and ordered the Deli Chips, Fountain Drink, and Chili Cheese Nachos. The location was great and the service was excellent. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!
The Circus Circus Splash Zone and Pool is a decent choice for accommodations in Las Vegas. We stayed in the Manor section and found it to be more spacious than Motel 6, which was a plus. One perk is that housekeeping doesn't bother you; you can call when you need cleaning or extra towels. Just be cautious if your dog tends to bark, as they charge $300 for noise complaints. Although my chihuahua barked, the front desk let it slide this time but warned of potential charges in the future. It's $25 per day for your pet, but excluding the noise issue, I would give this place a 5-star rating, as I am generally adaptable to different situations.
Our spontaneous visit to Briggs Oyster Co. at the Sun Coast casino turned out to be a fantastic dining experience. We sampled clams, oysters, gumbo, and shrimp and crab pasta, all of which were expertly prepared and delicious. The Lobster Roll is already on our list for next time, and even the fish and chips caught our eye. Sitting at the bar allowed us to watch the chef work his magic up close, making our mouths water in anticipation. This place is definitely worth a return visit.
