Bob was a the BEST guide. Be ready for a long and exciting ride! I was shocked with how much time they gave us out in the dunes. About a two hour ride after all the paperwork and orientation was finished. All the employees are very nice and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. They also picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel on the strip. Great people great business. 10/10

One of the absolute best dining experiences my wife & I have had! Weβre locals in Vegas and go out to eat a lot. Usually, we go to the newer restaurants closer to the south side of the valley, but so happy we went here! Excellent service from everyone from the hostess stand to the GM Shawn and especially Executive Chef Otto! Amazing food, wine, deserts & atmosphere. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Great modern casino with an old style railroad station flare. Great food options. Newly renovated sports bar with tons of screens and great full menu food and drink options. Several restaurant choices. Lots of classic and new slot machine options. Easy access to highway. Super quiet rooms with live 24/7 elevator security.

First of all...this should be a 5-star review. The staff was very friendly and services were great. My only gripe, is if you are unfamiliar with a service, ask questions! I didn't know sun was bad after a facial. Disclaimers about any particular service should be stated before service...not after. We were fortunate to find a store that sold an umbrella, so we could still enjoy the day. π

In hindsight I should've looked at the most recent reviews first as the most flattering ones are from 4 years ago. I expect to pay $17 for a sandwich while on the strip but I don't expect there to be more bread than meat on the sandwich when I do. As a local who is on the strip frequently I would encourage the walk to one of the many Starbucks (Linq Promenade, Harrah's) or to the McDonald's/Chipotle that is between Harrah's and Casino Royale before returning here.

In town for Blackhat and Def-con decided to stay at the Virgin Hotel mainly to see if the nobu here was as good as Malibu and London. Every bit as good! Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Great happy hour specials. The sweet Ebi and Urukβs were delicious as was everything else. Will be back basically every night while Iβm here πππππ£π±π£

The rooms are really nice at Delano. They're all suites, and the corner suite has a really amazing view for the bedroom. I just wish there was no TV, and instead, it was a window for the whole corner. The room decoration is very clean and elegant. For some reason, we found some hangers randomly on our couch when we arrived, and there was a dog biscuit on the floor near the window. It's still pretty clean, but it was strange. The location is not that close to the main stuff on the strip, but there's a tram from Mandalay Bay to Excalibur. I actually like that it's far from the strip because traffic is light around Delano, and parking is easy. There's great food at Mandalay Bay, and Rivea has great food at the top floor of Delano. This is one of my favorite places to stay π

There's a reason why 8 East is one of the best rated restaurants in Circa. Their food was delicious. Our favorite was sizzling noodles, followed by garlic chicken dumplings. Their Tokyo crepe was also good, but not in comparison to other items. Must visit if you're in Las Vegas Downtown!
