Delano

Delano in Las Vegas is a pleasant and attractive hotel. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a separate living room providing extra space for relaxation. The pool, although part of Mandalay Bay, was enjoyable with a heated section and a spacious jacuzzi. Unfortunately, we found the service lacking during our stay. While the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, we experienced difficulty reaching them by phone and had long wait times for requests to be fulfilled. The bell desk seemed uninterested in assisting us upon arrival and there were issues with privacy and intrusion by cleaning staff. We were also disappointed by the lack of quality dining options within the resort, forcing us to seek out better meals on the Strip. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of motivation among some staff members and higher-level staff were understaffed and overwhelmed. Despite these shortcomings, the affordable rates we secured for our stay ultimately made it a worthwhile experience and we would still rate Delano in Las Vegas a 5 out of 5 in this particular situation.

Disappointing stay at Delano in Las Vegas. Despite paying for an early check-in guarantee, the room was not ready until 3:30pm after multiple discussions with the manager. The room was not clean and the sheets were uncomfortable. Overall, a negative experience that I would not recommend.

Recently stayed at the Delano for the first time and had a great experience. The room was surprisingly spacious, with a large living room area and a separate bedroom with a nice bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The floor to ceiling windows provided a fantastic view of the strip and airport, giving it a real Vegas vibe. I appreciated that the lobby and cafe area were smoke free. The easy indoor access to Mandalay Bay was a plus, and the South end of the strip felt safer and quieter compared to the North end. The resort was family friendly, with many couples with kids. The cafe downstairs was convenient, even though it closed a bit early for Vegas mornings. Using my $50 resort credit for room service breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Easy access to Mandalay Bay, yet in a quiet tower. Room are great. Spacious. We love the Mandalay Bay pools & lazy river. You get access to all the pools for Mandalay Bay & Delano. One of my favorites.

Stayed in the stay well suite. The suite is spacious. Has a master bathroom with very deep bathtub and a separate powder room. But things appear to be dated unfortunately. The TV is very old and needs to be replaced. Nothing is free, even the in room coffee is not free. I would probably stay at Luxor next door for cheaper price. I don’t think it’s worth paying the extra.

The rooms are really nice at Delano. They're all suites, and the corner suite has a really amazing view for the bedroom. I just wish there was no TV, and instead, it was a window for the whole corner. The room decoration is very clean and elegant. For some reason, we found some hangers randomly on our couch when we arrived, and there was a dog biscuit on the floor near the window. It's still pretty clean, but it was strange. The location is not that close to the main stuff on the strip, but there's a tram from Mandalay Bay to Excalibur. I actually like that it's far from the strip because traffic is light around Delano, and parking is easy. There's great food at Mandalay Bay, and Rivea has great food at the top floor of Delano. This is one of my favorite places to stay 😊
