Excalibur offers a casino that is simple yet very functional. The floor has plenty of slot machines and table games to accommodate all players, and the layout allows plenty of space for walking and playing. Low limit players will love the wide variety of penny slots and high limit players will love the availability of more expensive games. Excalibur is great for gambling because many tourists are drawn to resorts such as Bellagio, Caesars or Wynn. This leaves more space and more options for the die hard gamblers.

Excalibur is a budget-friendly hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. However, the process of walking through the smoky casino to check in may not be appealing to some guests. Once checked in, our tower had a convenient direct exit to the outside. During our stay, the fire alarms went off multiple times, with one morning experiencing an hour-long alarm. When we inquired about it, the front desk informed us that they have no control over the alarms and sometimes they go off without their knowledge.

Parking at Excalibur costs $18 per night in the garage, but they do have convenient drop off locations both in the front near the strip and in the back by the garage. We initially had a room with a view of the building's roof, so we decided to upgrade to a double queen room facing the strip. While the view was better, I didn't feel like it was much of an upgrade in terms of the room itself. Luckily, we didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a big deal. We stayed for four nights and overall had a good experience. The adult section of the pool is definitely worth the additional cost. During our stay, we were encouraged to attend a timeshare presentation. In exchange, we received food vouchers, a $25 Visa gift card, and a two-night stay voucher that must be used within 12 months. The presentation was a bit of a drag, but in the end, the freebies we received made it worthwhile. Plus, we got our $50 deposit back. It's worth noting that the representatives claimed they didn't work for the hotel or the timeshare company. Despite the timeshare pitch, I would participate in the presentation again without hesitation 😁.

My partner and I recently stayed at Excalibur in Las Vegas and had a wonderful time. The rooms were impeccably clean and the security measures added to our peace of mind. We had the pleasure of catching the Thunder Down Under show, which was truly amazing. The only downside we found was the location of the hotel on the strip. However, the casino floor and nearby stores made it convenient to grab a few drinks before diving into some gaming. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Excalibur.

It's not the fanciest or most extravagant but, you always know what you will get when you stay. The staff are so friendly (and frequently check if you need a drink) and the slots are quite loose. Make sure to sign up for the players card and charge your purchases to the room. You will be getting more comp stays than you can shake a stick at.

Excalibur is a classic "tale of two cities," so to speak. The hotel is located on a decent spot on the Strip. There is a vast array of eateries on site, including sit-down options, a buffet, and a food court. There is a large arcade and entertainment options for kiddos. The service employees were friendly and very helpful. The rooms and beds were clean. For every positive, though, there was a negative. The food court prices were expensive, even for Vegas standards. The arcade prices were a straight up rip off, as most started at 25 credits to play. In previous years, the starting credit prices were not that high. The digital key system didn't work, which required me to go downstairs twice to fix it. The rooms were dated and looked exactly the same as they did in 1993. The gambling was an expected letdown....6/5 blackjack with $10-$15 minimums. Even the $3 stadium blackjack paid 6/5. Video Poker tables were "meh" with the better options located on the floor (progressive jackpots). Not great, not terrible, that's what to expect at Excalibur.

The room didn't have the minimum basics. No coffee machines or electric kettles. No mini-fridge. Not even a pair of slippers or toothbrushes. I mean, the motel rooms are better equipped than this. All the other hotels nearby have nice shops inside the hotel. This one almost nothing. A couple of simple gift shops and a tiny food court. We called for shampoos in the evening and we got it the next day!!! Also, they charged $35/night for the resort fee and 50/night for the pet on top of the room fee and taxes. The room was so cold during the Xmas time we had to turn the aircon off to sleep. The air-conditioning temperature control didn't seem to work. To change the towels, we had to look for the cleaners to request for them. We called for cleaning service and nothing happened! This was supposed to be a nice vacation, and it turned into a disaster thanks to Excalibur. There is no way I would recommend them ever.
