I booked a room online at Plaza Hotel and called in to get additional assistance and a good deal. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we encountered difficulties at the registration desk. We were informed that the room we booked did not exist, but were then offered an upgrade. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was smaller than the suite we had originally booked and lacked the amenities we had requested such as a King bed, walk-in shower, and a view of the strip. The walk-in shower in the upgraded room was narrow, making it difficult for a tall person to maneuver. The room only had a queen-sized bed and overlooked the tennis courts. The staff member assisting us was confrontational throughout the process. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.

The staff at Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas were friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The property had a strong smell of smoke throughout, even in the rooms. Our initial room was dirty, with mold in the shower, dusty vents, and dirty sheets and carpet. Despite multiple attempts to contact various departments, we received no response until we went down to the front desk in person. After requesting a refund, we were offered a newly renovated room at no extra charge. While the renovations improved the room slightly, it still had issues such as a narrow shower, non-functioning heater, and noisy plastic mattress cover. The parking structure also had a dirty feel to it, and the thin walls and doors made it easy to hear neighbors. Overall, I do not recommend staying at Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas. Proceed at your own risk if you choose to stay there.

It had been a while since I last stayed at Plaza Hotel, but recent reviews had me a bit worried. I booked a room in the North Tower and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and updated it was. The bathroom was a bit small, but still adequate. The slots were a bit tight and the points system wasn't as generous as other places I've been to. However, the hotel's convenient location, clean rooms, and comfortable amenities made for a pleasant stay. I usually prefer staying on the Strip, but this trip to Plaza Hotel was enjoyable. The hotel was easily accessible and I had no trouble getting around, especially with the Deuce nearby.

We love staying here anytime we are in Vegas. It is centrally located to many activities, while also being easy to have a car service pick you up if needed. The staff is always great, hotel is clean and they have multiple restaurants throughout the hotel. We have spent countless hours in the casino and many trips booked at this hotel. Would recommend to anyone. It is also a great price! The pool is also a great amenity, the roof top view and pool side service is a great way to relax.

Great hotel, rooms super clean and comfortable. My makeup case was left in our room by the bellhop however the hotel kept it for me and were able to ship it to me!! I was so thankful. The restaurant was good. The 3 card poker dealer Shalei was so kind and helpful in teaching everyone at the table. Great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.
