An essential dining experience in Las Vegas! Having lived in the city for decades, it was my first time visiting Hugo's Cellar, and it did not disappoint. The ambiance is fantastic, and both the cuisine and service are top-notch. Every dish is crafted with exceptional quality and care, resulting in truly delectable flavors. I'm already planning my next visit soon!

We were delayed in traffic and arrived 20 minutes late for our reservation. We called ahead to inform the restaurant about the delay, and they were incredibly understanding, assuring us that they always hold tables for guests who call in advance. The service was exceptional, and the value was excellent. The tableside salad was superb, and the steak was cooked to perfection. It's clear that any future visit to Las Vegas will certainly include a stop at Hugo's Cellar. A big thank you to the team for the truly wonderful experience.

Wow, what an incredible experience! The wait staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. We had at least three people come to the table to ensure we were well taken care of, including the head waiter, back waiter, and busboy. Mentioning that it was a special occasion led to a delightful and unique experience for dessert.

Above and beyond expectations—a hidden gem! The manager, Steve, is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Roxanne, Vincent, and Jeffery delivered exceptional service as a team. The table and ambiance were perfect for celebrating a special occasion with friends. The steak was cooked to perfection, the au gratin potatoes were fantastic, and the banana fosters would make Brennan proud! Head to Fremont Street and enjoy this outstanding dining experience!
