Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas is truly a gem. The restaurant has a great vibe and offers a dining experience unlike any other. The presentation of the food is excellent and while it may not be cheap, it is definitely worth every penny. My partner and I treated ourselves to the ULTIMATE TASTING menu and it was truly a memorable experience. We tried 15 different dishes, each one delicious and unique. From caviar to Japanese wagyu beef, we were blown away by the flavors. It's hard to pick a favorite dish because everything was so phenomenal. We can't stop talking about our meal and can't wait to return. If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Vegas and don't mind spending some money, Bazaar Meat is the place to go. Enjoy the photos of our epic meal!

It's been a while since my last visit to Bazaar Meat, but I must say it was a truly memorable experience. The restaurant offers Japanese A5 steak wagyu, which is a rarity in town. The atmosphere is top-notch, but be prepared for the high prices. Even the restroom is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. During my visit, we ordered A5 medallions, a whole lobster, and dessert. The steak was absolutely delicious, but due to the cost, we couldn't afford to order more. The meat was cooked right at our table on a hot stone, adding to the dining experience. The lobster was cooked to perfection as well. Chef Andres is known for his charity work, which is commendable. Overall, I have no regrets about dining at Bazaar Meat and I definitely plan to return in the future.

Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas is possibly the best steakhouse in the city. My party and I had the chef selection steak course menu, which included soup, candy, appetizers, steak, and desserts - all of which were fantastic. The quality of the dishes surpassed my expectations, especially considering the restaurant is located in the Sahara hotel. The service and atmosphere were top-notch, contributing to a wonderful experience for my party. I will definitely be returning to Bazaar Meat during my future visits to Las Vegas.

One of the best steakhouse experiences in Vegas can be found at Bazaar Meat. I recently indulged in the chef selection steak course menu and was blown away by the variety and quality of dishes. From the soups and appetizers to the steak and desserts, each course was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the dishes, especially considering the location at Sahara, which may not be a top 5 star hotel. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch, adding to the overall exceptional dining experience with my party. I cannot recommend Bazaar Meat enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Vegas. Trust me, the dishes here are simply unforgettable.

This spot in Vegas is the real deal. Bar Centro, led by Chef José Andrés, takes cocktails to a whole new level, and the dishes? They're absolutely top-notch. Those accolades like the James Beard Award and Michelin stars? Totally deserved—they just confirm this place's outstanding quality. With those private rooms, it's perfect for special gigs. No wonder it's hailed as the best in Nevada, racking up awards like Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence. Food's presented flawlessly, and the service's top-notch. Though I’m more of a bar counter fan—the view over the open kitchen is killer. Every time we swing by, we opt for the Chef's set, and man, no regrets. The creativity, the presentation, the mix of flavors and textures? They give us the full scoop that we’ll be back here in a jiffy!
