The selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts at the Chateau Brand was excellent! Service was great as well, though the room was a bit noisy making conversation difficult. It's worth noting that there was an open kitchen so customers could watch the food being prepared. Additionally, there were great wine selections too. Nothing seemed to be bad which made it a great experience.

Bazzar Meat at Sahara Las Vegas was absolutely phenomenal! We had a large group who rented out one of the dining rooms and the staff gave us an unforgettable nine-course meat adventure. Everything was incredible - even the olives and tomatoes that I don't typically enjoy! The Rosewood steak I ate was the best I've ever had. In addition to the great food, the staff was professional, polite and fun. I would highly recommend this place!

I recommend this restaurant without hesitance; simply try it and you will not be disillusioned! The steak was the prime of perfection - the greatest I have ever tasted in the United States. Our server, Elias, completely enhanced the fantastic experience, and I want to thank him for a delightful night.

I rate Bazaar as THE BEST restaurant I've ever been to, I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could. It's also one of the most expensive restaurants I've been to but it's worth it. Everything about our dinner was perfect: Hostess, service, appetizers, entrees, sides, and desserts. It's definitely slow food, but not terribly slow, so relax and enjoy. Absolutely, highly recommend it!

We had a small group and ate here on Sunday night. We couldn't get enough of it, and I would have a hard time respecting anyone who says they dislike it. Everything we tried was so tender and flavorful and we tried a lot of what they have to offer. Just don't come here if you're a vegetarian.
