This place truly exceeded expectations. A big shoutout to our server, who was remarkable—attentive to every detail and quick with excellent recommendations. We indulged in numerous dishes, each one consistently delicious. The wood fire grill is always a delightful experience! Visiting Vegas once or twice a year for some culinary adventures, and this has definitely been one of the top experiences in recent years. It's challenging to pick a favorite dish, but my photos capture the many highlights!

Our server, Patrick, was absolutely incredible—offering great recommendations and engaging conversations throughout the meal. All the staff were fantastic during our dinner. Opted for the tasting menu and spent a delightful 3+ hours savoring the experience. It was pricey but definitely worth every penny. Especially enjoyed surprising dishes I might not have tried otherwise, like the cotton candy foie gras. Highly recommend.

Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas is truly a standout restaurant. I have dined at numerous high-end establishments across the globe, and Bazaar Meat remains at the top of my list. We opted for the Ultimate Tasting with wine pairing, along with Neptune’s Pillow and the Philly Cheesesteak as add-ons. The food was simply spectacular, striking the perfect balance between exquisite flavors and approachability. The staff, particularly BJ, provided exceptional service, making us feel like the only guests in the restaurant. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing fresh ingredients and innovative combinations. Despite my initial hesitation, the foie gras and caviar were both elegantly presented and delicious. Neptune’s Pillow was a standout favorite, leaving a lasting impression. The attention to detail extended to the drinks as well, with each cocktail crafted with precision. I wholeheartedly recommend Bazaar Meat to anyone visiting Las Vegas, but make sure to secure a reservation in advance as they fill up quickly. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

At Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas, we were surprised and delighted when a bonsai was moved next to our table to enhance the dining experience. Specializing in meat dishes, we made sure to sample a variety of their best offerings. From suckling pig to classic beef tartare, cotton candy foie gras, jamon, and wagyu on a hot stone, the selection of meats provided a unique and flavorful carnivorous experience. We were impressed by how the texture, age, fat-to-lean ratio, and flavors varied between the different types of meat. To finish off the meal on a sweet note, we highly recommend trying their tapas-style desserts. The currant raspberry mousse and yuzu cheesecake were both delicious and satisfying endings to a fantastic meal.
