Visit WebsiteBrothers David and Michael are following in the footsteps of their father, legendary restaurateur Arnie Morton, in crafting an elegant and inviting solace to dine. As you pass through, you can’t help but notice that the excitement and promise of the lounge carry over into the more sedate wood-themed dining area. This is a steakhouse at its finest, but the menu goes far beyond simple steaks (none of which are really simple, anyway!) There are chops, of course, and a variety of seafood. The Lobster mac and cheese are delicious. Finish up with a decadent dessert such as a triple chocolate truffle, and wash it all down with a choice of a wide selection of beers, wines, or cocktails.

This place is a true find! We dined in a cozy booth in the peaceful rear dining area close to the lively front bar. The food was absolutely delicious—I couldn't get enough of it. It left quite an impression! You can find this spot in Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, situated near the central gaming area and the high-limit room.

This steakhouse, situated within Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas, offers a stunning dining ambiance. Opting for dinner here on the first evening was a delightful choice, thanks to the relaxed atmosphere. Guests are greeted with a complimentary drink, which was a pleasant touch, although its name slipped my mind. The complimentary bread was artistically presented, though slightly firm on the outside. The cocktails, including the Cloud Nine and One & Buzzed, were excellently crafted. The tiger shrimp appetizer was outstanding—seasoned and fried to perfection. The lobster pasta was quite enjoyable, though a tad more sauce could have elevated it further; nonetheless, it remains a reorder-worthy dish. The Brussels sprouts side was delicious, rounding off a satisfying steak dinner experience in Vegas.

One Steakhouse in Virgin Hotels, Las Vegas, is truly a stunning place. I decided to have dinner there on my first night and found it pleasantly uncrowded. On arrival, I was welcomed with a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch, though the name escapes me. The complimentary bread was presented beautifully, although the crust was a bit tough. The beverages were delightful; I tried the Cloud Nine and One & Buzzed, both of which were excellent. The tiger shrimp appetizer was outstanding, perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection. The lobster pasta was also enjoyable, though a bit more sauce would have been ideal. Nevertheless, I'd happily order it again. For sides, I chose Brussel sprouts, which were very tasty. Overall, a great choice for a delightful steak dinner in Vegas.

Las Vegas boasts a multitude of steakhouses, including One Steakhouse, which we chose primarily for its convenience within our hotel. Despite having a reservation, the restaurant wasn't bustling on this particular Tuesday. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was exceptional. However, the food fell short of expectations. The sides were overcooked, and the steak itself was underwhelming, despite its impressive presentation. Perhaps it was just an off day for the kitchen, but with so many other dining options in the area, I'm hesitant to give it another shot.

The crab cake had an abundance of breading, which wasn't quite to my liking. However, the ribeye was fantastic. Service was solid and attentive.

This steakhouse truly stands out as a quality spot for a delicious meal. The Ribeye steak I ordered was cooked to perfection, the wine list was extensive, and the table sides were generous. The seafood tower was fresh and flavorful. The comfortable chairs and spacious tables added to the overall experience. I highly recommend visiting One Steakhouse, whether you're staying at the Virgin or simply looking for a great meal in Las Vegas.
