A month ahead, we reserved a table to mark our son's 21st birthday, eagerly anticipating a memorable evening. Stepping into the restaurant felt like a journey to the 1930s, with its dark wood-paneled walls, black-tile ceilings, and red velvet seating along the walls. Green booths lined the back, while the space was centered around a warmly lit, grand bar. I began the night with a Maker's Mark old fashioned, priced at $22. However, the glass was packed with large ice cubes, leaving just a third of it for the actual drink, adorned with cherries and an orange zest. After moving four of the six ice cubes to my water glass, I was left with just a few enjoyable sips. Our meal kicked off with a shrimp cocktail and salmon Caesar salad, both impressively prepared. The shrimp were nicely chilled, and the cocktail sauce had the perfect spice level. For the main course, we chose the ribeye steak frites. The seasoning was flavorful, and the steak was cooked to our specifications. However, this 10-ounce cut contained more inedible fat than usual. Service was friendly and accommodating, but we noticed a delay of about 20 minutes for our server to bring back the paid check while we finished our water and conversation. In conclusion, the pricing didn't quite align with the experience, and I might explore other dining options in the future.

Bavette’s is an ideal fusion of elegance and warmth, providing an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you step inside, the beautifully curated decor and intimate ambiance create a setting that feels both luxurious and inviting. The dim lighting, rich wood tones, and vintage charm establish an atmosphere that is effortlessly chic yet cozy. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The staff made the experience feel seamless, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring every detail was perfect. As for the food, every dish was a work of art. The steak tartare was velvety and well-balanced, served with perfectly crisp toast for an ideal bite. The Brussels sprouts were roasted to perfection, with deep caramelization that made them irresistibly flavorful. The bone marrow was indulgent and luscious, melting effortlessly with each bite. And the black cod was simply stunning—tender, flaky, and coated in a glaze that enhanced its natural richness without overpowering it. Bavette’s excels in every aspect—exquisite food, outstanding service, and a beautifully curated atmosphere. Whether it's a special occasion or just a well-deserved night out, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing dining experience! Deciding where to spend the final night in Vegas was a challenge, but choosing this place was a fantastic decision. Making reservations was a breeze, and both the hostess and our server were outstanding! An espresso martini was a must-have alongside the delicious food we ordered. The ribeye steak, served medium rare, was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended sides include the Mac n cheese, wild mushrooms, and creamed spinach. If you're searching for a dinner spot, this is definitely worth considering! ❤️

Despite navigating through sidewalk construction and making our way from a show to the restaurant, the staff at Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar were incredibly accommodating and provided clear instructions to ensure we didn't get lost. Stepping through the doors under the glowing red Bavette's sign at the Park MGM casino feels like entering a different universe. The decor is absolutely stunning. Kudos to Josh and Dustin, who are undoubtedly the greatest. The service was exceptional, with the staff ensuring we were always hydrated and well cared for. Despite our late arrival, we were made to feel like VIPs rather than afterthoughts. One of the challenges with dining at high-end steakhouses on the Strip is their frequent business casual or fancier dress codes. Bavette's stands out by allowing diners to dress casually while still providing top-tier service. It's refreshing to enjoy a sophisticated dining experience without stressing over attire. The portions were perfect for sharing. We enjoyed two appetizers, one steak, and one side. The baked crab cake was all about the crab with no unnecessary fillers, and the ribeye was incredibly juicy. Unfortunately, we had no room left for dessert. Park MGM's central location on the Strip is convenient, making it likely that Bavette's will become a go-to recommendation for future visits.

From the moment we stepped through the door, everything was flawless. The service was impeccable, with every need attended to, and the timing of the dishes and drinks was perfectly coordinated. The atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. The food was outstanding—the wedge salad, in particular, was the best ever tasted, a true highlight for any wedge salad enthusiast. The freshness of the herbs in the chef's ranch dressing was unmistakable. The steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the creamed spinach was so delicious it practically melted in your mouth. The evening concluded with a slice of carrot cake that was equally exceptional. Our server, Jessica, did a fantastic job, and another visit can’t come soon enough!

Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar in Las Vegas offers a fantastic atmosphere. The old school dark wood steakhouse has a great classic vibe that sets the perfect tone for a memorable dining experience. It's highly recommended to make a reservation well in advance to secure your spot. The service at Bavette's is top-notch. Our server was excellent - attentive but not overly hovering. The bartender also impressed us with great drinks that were well worth the price. Their specialty cocktails, such as the old fashions and Lillet Rose Martini, were particularly delicious. For appetizers, we highly recommend trying the bacon - pictured here. The steaks at Bavette's were cooked perfectly, although they weren't particularly memorable in terms of flavor profile. However, all the sides were solid, with the Brussel sprouts being a standout favorite. Overall, a stop at Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar in Las Vegas is highly recommended for a great dining experience while in the city.
