This place truly impressed us! The Kansas City aged steak was amazing, and the old fashioned was delightful. The service was excellent throughout. The standout? The bone marrow—calling it impressive doesn’t do it justice! I even snapped a picture. Thank you!

Carversteak in Las Vegas offers an exceptional dining experience. While the prices are on the higher side, this helps maintain a refined atmosphere befitting the establishment. It's worth noting that, similar to many upscale venues, Carversteak has a dress code prohibiting backpacks, book bags, and cargo shorts. The food is outstanding; each dish is crafted with impeccable flavor and quality, as evident in the photos. A small bonus: the staff was willing, though somewhat reluctantly, to provide a duplicate receipt for our order the next day. Carversteak will undoubtedly become a regular stop on future visits to Vegas.

I've had the pleasure of dining at Carversteak twice since it opened at the Resorts World property, and I must say, the food and beverages are outstanding! During a recent dinner with a colleague, we both found the experience thoroughly enjoyable. The service was friendly and attentive, complementing the beautiful aesthetic of the place perfectly. As for the prices, they are in line with what you'd expect from a higher-end steakhouse on the Vegas strip.

Carversteak in Las Vegas offers a delicious dinner and impeccable service. I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time to ensure you get a seat. The steakhouse is a great spot for a special occasion dinner. The hotel is new and nice and the food is amazing. The server was attentive and knowledgeable, and there is a wide selection of food choices and great drinks. It was a nice touch that they set up a birthday card at the table for our celebration.

Carversteak is now our go-to steakhouse in Las Vegas. Despite being locals staying at the hotel, we were not impressed with the food in the casino until we tried this place. We enjoyed the F-1 Australian and Kansas City steaks, which were both excellent. The staff were extremely professional and attentive, ensuring that my drink was never empty. We will definitely be returning. Our waiters, MJ and Anthony, were fantastic. Next on our list is the tomahawk steak, but for now, the F-1 steak remains the best we've had so far.

Our recent visit to Carver Steakhouse was truly unforgettable. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were met with friendly service and a classy atmosphere that set the tone for a special evening out. The menu offered a variety of delicious steaks, but I decided to try the perfectly cooked and flavorful salmon, which did not disappoint. The service was outstanding, with a attentive and knowledgeable staff that provided great recommendations and made sure our dining experience was top-notch. The cocktails were also exceptional. Carver Steakhouse went above and beyond in every aspect, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-quality dining experience in Las Vegas.
