Fuhu in Las Vegas is our go-to spot for a cozy date night. Despite living in the bustling city, we always choose Fuhu for its delicious cocktails, sexy atmosphere, and friendly staff. Our favorite dishes include the seabass, crab rice, desserts, miso cod lettuce wraps, and Motto roll. Remember to tip generously when dining here.

The food at Fuhu in Las Vegas was delicious and had a lot of flavor. I particularly enjoyed the french onion soup dumplings and the motto roll. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very inviting. However, there was one part of our experience that was disappointing. We asked our server if there was something special we could do for our bride, and she offered to bring out ice cream and sparklers for us, leading us to believe it was complimentary. To our surprise, we were charged $60 for it on the final bill, which felt misleading.

I had a great dinner at Fuhu in Las Vegas. It was actually the best food I had while in Vegas. The Miso Cod Tacos were a fantastic starter, tasty and perfect for sharing. The FUHu Crispy Duck was also delicious, served with greens, a flavorful Hoisin sauce, and rice pancakes to create your own little rolls. It was some of the most authentic Asian cuisine I've had in a while. The wine selection was nice and the service was super friendly. While it was a bit pricey, I still highly recommend it.

What I Disliked

I was very disappointed with my experience at Fuhu in Las Vegas. I had high hopes for this Asian restaurant and was excited to try some small dishes. However, every dish recommended by our server fell short of expectations. The "Seafood soup dumpling" had a strange texture that had us all reaching for our napkins. The sushi rolls were overly inventive and the flavor combinations just didn't work. The nigiri was the only saving grace, being fresh and tasty. The cocktails were the highlight of the meal, but unfortunately, the food did not match the atmosphere. We ended up leaving uneaten sushi on our plates and were overall disappointed with our dining experience at Fuhu.

Had dinner at FUHU recently and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The oysters as an appetizer were delicious, and for our main dishes, we ordered the octopus, filet, and chicken lo mein. The chicken lo mein was definitely the standout dish for me. However, I was disappointed with the filet as something about it tasted off and didn't quite meet my expectations. I believe it was the sauce that accompanied it that didn't quite sit well with me. To end our meal, we had the warm and delicious banana cake for dessert. The service at FUHU was also great, adding to the overall positive experience.
