I was really disappointed by my experience at Fuhu. I had high hopes for a great Asian restaurant with fun small dishes, but unfortunately the food fell short. Our server recommended several dishes to us, but they were a miss. The "Seafood soup dumpling" had a strange texture that left us spitting into our napkins, and when we asked about it, the server admitted it was "rubbery and funky". The sushi rolls were overly inventive and the flavor combinations just did not work. The nigiri was fresh and tasty, but overall the food did not match the atmosphere. The cocktails were good though. We ended up leaving sushi uneaten on our plates and were left feeling disappointed by the dining experience.

Dined at FUHU last night and it was pretty good. We started off with the oysters which were delicious. For our mains we had the octopus, filet and the chicken lo mein. I think the chicken lo mein was the best part of dinner. I was very disappointed with my filet. Something tasted off and it didn’t taste like a typical filet steak. I think it was the sauce it was in that didn’t sit well with me. For dessert we had the banana cake which was warm deliciousness. Service was great as well!

This food made me want to cry. We booked Fuhu thinking we'd get a great Asian restaurant and an opportunity to try some fun small dishes. We were recommended every dish by our server, which I would expect would be the best dishes... and if they were then I am doing everyone a favour writing this review. We were first recommended the "Seafood soup dumpling". We have all had a plethora of dumplings before and were excited to try these but the interior texture of the dumpling had us all spitting into our napkins. We asked the server if the texture was correct and his reply was, "yeah, it's a little rubbery and funky". We then ordered 4 sushi rolls and some nigiri. The nigiri was fresh and tasty but the rolls were trying too hard to be inventive. The flavour profiles did NOT work. Again, there was food spit out or followed by chugging down drinks. If you want to go for cocktails then go for them as they were quite tasty but the food did not match the atmosphere! We left sushi on the plate that we did not eat and did not want to take with us. Overall, a really upsetting dining experience.

It was late Saturday night. The whole scene was incredible. We loved it. Service was good too. However, the food was not the best. Look for the fish tails in the picture. Fish tail had bones too. Dish was very tasty though. The spicy roll was bland(idk know how).

Really enjoyed the dinner at Fuhu. Actually the best food I had while in Vegas. The Miso Cod Tacos are an amazing starter, tasty and great to share. Same as the FUHu Crispy Duck which comes with greens a beautiful Hoisin sauce and Rice pancakes so that you would create your on little rolls. The most authentic Asian cuisine taste wise I had in a while. Nice wine and super friendly service. A bit pricey, but still a great recommendation.

Very tasty food! We started off with the miso cod tacos with our drinks. The tacos were the perfect combo of soft with crispy bites on top and savory. Next we ate the crispy tuna. This was not my favorite dish by them as the amount of rice overwhelmed the rest of the food. I did like the sliced tuna piece on top of the chopped seasoned tuna. Our next dish, tiger shrimp arrived, and it was my favorite. The crispness of the fried shrimp paired with the raisins were a unexpected but fantastic match. After our NY steak arrive on a hot plate. It was a little to marbled fat for my date, but I enjoyed the texture and flavor of it. For a side we enjoyed their signature fried rice. The rice is red and comes with a lot of steak inside. This dish was delicious. Overall I will eat here again.
