The room was very clean with a nice ambiance and great decorations. There is live music at night and good dining options. The maid service was efficient in cleaning the rooms daily. Convenient parking and a location close to the Strip make for easy access. Unfortunately, the service desk was not very accommodating during check-in or check-out. When trying to make a minor change to the reservation made through third-party rewards points, they were unwilling to assist. During checkout, the promised Express checkout email never arrived, and attempts to call the front desk were unsuccessful. This led to a 30-minute wait in line with issues of people cutting in line not being addressed. The staff member at the checkout counter was unhelpful and gave attitude when asked for assistance. The lack of clear instruction on self-checkout via the TV caused further confusion and frustration. Overall, the experience with the service staff was disappointing and makes me hesitant to return to the hotel.
I had an amazing dining experience at Mizumi recently. The restaurant has a great selection of sake, which perfectly complements their authentic Japanese cuisine. For sashimi lovers, this is definitely a must-visit spot. I want to express my gratitude to the manager, Simon, who went out of his way to help me create a special proposal during my visit. His exceptional service and attention to detail made the moment even more memorable. I am thankful to him and the staff for their outstanding service and for being a part of such a special occasion.
Boulder Creek Golf Club in Las Vegas is an amazing course with great value. The pace of play is fantastic, with the ability to finish 18 holes in just over 3 hours on a Friday afternoon. The views are gorgeous, with no homes in sight, and each hole offers a unique challenge. With 3 nine-hole courses that rotate, there are always new challenges to face. There are 4 sets of tees to choose from, ensuring that players of all levels can have a great time on the course. Waste areas and some bunkers at Boulder Creek Golf Club can be a bit rocky and firm in places, but as long as you steer clear of them, you should have no issues during your game. The staff at the club are all top notch and provide excellent service to all players.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Fuhu in Las Vegas. I had high hopes for this Asian restaurant and was excited to try some small dishes. However, every dish recommended by our server fell short of expectations. The "Seafood soup dumpling" had a strange texture that had us all reaching for our napkins. The sushi rolls were overly inventive and the flavor combinations just didn't work. The nigiri was the only saving grace, being fresh and tasty. The cocktails were the highlight of the meal, but unfortunately, the food did not match the atmosphere. We ended up leaving uneaten sushi on our plates and were overall disappointed with our dining experience at Fuhu.
The Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is a beautiful and impressive facility. My favorite parts were the baths and arctic room. I decided to try a prenatal massage treatment, but unfortunately, I felt underwhelmed by the massage technique and the lack of intuition from my masseuse. Additionally, I believe that for the price of the experience, there should be an improvement in the snack and tea offerings in the tea lounge. Currently, only pretzels, bananas, tea, and bottled water are available.
