Just wanted to give a shout out to the server at The Kitchen in Las Vegas who provided excellent service and wonderful suggestions on the menu. We shared the Texas scramble and found it to be delicious, with just the right amount of seasoning on the pork and creamy components. Thanks again for the great service and menu recommendations. If you want excellent service and a beautiful smile, be sure to ask for this server. Looking forward to visiting again next time we're in Vegas.

Located just off the main casino floor, The Kitchen was a pleasant dining experience for us. While the service wasn't exceptional, it was not subpar either - our food was brought to us promptly and drinks were refilled. The fries were particularly tasty with a crispy texture and great flavor. The burger was also impressive, large enough to easily share between two people. Overall, we enjoyed our meal at The Kitchen.

The Kitchen at the Hilton is a decent breakfast buffet option in Las Vegas. The prices are lower compared to other buffets, but the food selection is somewhat limited. During my visit, my dining companion found fungi on top of their fruit yogurt, which was quite disappointing. We informed the manager, who apologized sincerely. It was a letdown to discover this, but the service was still good. I hope The Kitchen can work on their food management system to prevent incidents like this from happening again in the future.

This is located just off the main casino floor. Not sure why there are so many low reviews, but we had a great time at The Kitchen. Service wasn't anything spectacular, but also not bad either. They brought us our food and refilled drinks, not really sure what everyone else was expecting. The fries were delicious. Crispy and flavorful. The burger was very good and large enough for 2 people to share.
